Limpio House Cleaning

Description of Work: ***. Regarding punctuality it is important to consider this portion of my comment in the rating. I had scheduled the cleaning for a specific day & time for a reason. |Last minute, it was changed, and I lost a day and it forced me to reschedule two other services for our house. HOWEVER, the day they arrived they were very punctual, & professional! Some more than 25% of the Cleaning wasn't very thorough. Some of areas were very good. 2 women (very polite & professional), they weren't tall enough to reach upper corners of moulding & of Windows. So after they left, I realized some basics & easy areas to clean had been omitted. I left at one point to get them lunch. had step ladder & they brought one. The house was empty, so we divided some of the cleaning. (I used to clean houses), One of the women(forget names, sorry- the younger one- was much more efficient & skilled. We had 3 bathrooms. The ones she did exceeded any expectations!! The other bathroom needed to have the shower redone. |I am not one to complain, and both women worked extremely hard!! Thank You.

Description of Work: The ladies were punctual, polite, and ready to work. They got so much done and exceeded my expectations. They even cleaned areas that I didn't expect they would be able to get to but God knows I needed help and they did it. I was not able to see them before they left to give them a proper thank you. If you are reading this, I want to say thank you and that it is so nice to deal with a company that takes work serious and gets the job done.

Description of Work: The cleaning was OK but not spectacular. The biggest hurdle was that the cleaners did not speak enough English for my family to effectively communicate with them. While I speak Spanish, the rest of the family does not, so they could not communicate with the cleaners that arrived to tell them of a few specific details regarding cleaning our house. Thus, the only way to work with this company would require me being at home when they arrived. While they had a good price, the quality was just OK and the inability to communicate means that we switched cleaning companies.
