Description of Work: They were able to fit me in quickly, unlike some others I contacted. The two ladies worked very hard and did a good job. I'm going to get regular service from them as a result.

Description of Work: The company and its representatives were very professional and it was a pleasure dealing with them from beginning to end. My house sparkled when they were finished. I would most definitely recommend them!

Description of Work: Frank Spencer-Burke came to clean & organize my garage. He was here for 6 hours and did a FABULOUS job! Very professional & exceptionally good at what he does!

Description of Work: I think there was a disconnect between the cleaning team and the main office. The vendor offered to arrive between 8-9 AM or 12-2 PM. I picked the earlier arrival time. Not knowing if it would be one-person for 8 hrs. or two people for 4 hrs. The night before, they e-mailed that they were short on staff and would come at 11 AM. I finally checked my e-mail when they missed the first arrival time. Three ladies showed up and said they'd work for 2.5 hours each. The math didn't completely add up. But I figured we'd see how they did and maybe save the last 1/2 hour for any redos. They left after 2 hours, saying they were done with everything but I heard one ask about a particular job and she was told they didn't have time. After they left, and I did the math. I realized they'd only worked 6 hrs. About 30 min. after they left I called, the office, which admitted that the cleaning team hadn't reported in that they had even left the job yet. They apologized and scheduled a re-clean to give me the 2 additional hours still due me. Once I was called saying they were running late and could they come a couple hours later. No, I had scheduled my day around our agreed appointment time. We had to reschedule the day. But upon running an errand, the re-clean team called my cell phone to tell me that they were at my house ready to clean, early. Thankfully, I was only 10 min. away. The re-clean team did a great job. I was looking for a quarterly cleaning service. The quality was great for the price. But I just couldn't handle the scheduling issues on a regular basis.

Description of Work: Cleaned the condo, downstairs only at my request. Arrived 10 min late, left 20 mins early. Used Murphys oil soap on my laminate floors and left them dull and sticky. I had discussed this prior to appt with company email and was assured they used their own special cleaner for laminate. Since most floors were still wet when they were leaving I couldn't inspect everything. I did email company expressing my displeasure and they asked me to call them for a free cleaning to make up for it..I decided against doing that. We are selling the house and it took me awhile to get the sticky off the floors before an open house.
