Job went very well. Very professional

Very nice girls, paid attention to detail, able to accomodate my last minute needs.

It didn't. When I spoke with Brenda on Wednesday 10 May 2017 she stated that there would be 2 people coming out to the home at a rate of $149. Keep in mind this was NOT an Angie's List special. Friday came and 9 a.m. came and went too no one showed up. Called at about 10:15 a.m. she stated that she apologize the cleaners will be there by 1 p.m. in the afternoon. She stated that they got the "houses" mixed up. Interesting, because no one called me to guide them to the right house. Then 1:30 p.m. came and no one showed up. I then (yes I had to call her again) Called and left a message to thank her for her "services" but I will not be calling them AGAIN for service. Not a call, a text, nothing to follow-up on her workers. As the old saying goes if you want something done right or just "done," do it yourself.

My wife and I were pleased with the service. It was excellent.

They did alright. But my bathroom walls were wiped down with the cloth they used on the floor and there was hair all over the door cell

Excellent! I could not be happier. The Customer Service Rep from Angie's called Limpio and they offered me the same deal. They also came in the time frame I needed. As always Limpio went above and beyond

The work is excellent the cleaning crew is punctual. However, the people that come to the house speak very little or no English so we can't direct them to problem areas or rooms that need extra attention. The only person we can communicate with is one of the managers (who we call by phone) who must then call the cleaning crew and give guidance. The B ratings we gave were a direct result of the language problem.

These ladies were just wonderful. A much more thorough cleaning than I expected. They were very careful and didn't break anything. I unexpectedly had to be at work the morning they arrived but they managed just fine without my advice. I am so pleased. It feels really good to have a thoroughly clean house.

We were very happy with that. We felt he wanted to do a good job. There were no additional fees.

The two individuals did not spend 8 hours working efficiently. Both worked in the same room rather than dividing labor--upstairs/downstairs. One especially was not properly trained and needed supervision. Two of them spent 3 hours on a masters bedroom that needed minimal cleaning, as is true with the remainder of the house. They did not return objects to their original position. They did not know how to properly open/ close, taking much time away from cleaning window.

The company never contacted me to complete services. I wanted my house cleaned before Christmas. I set up 3 dates with the company when I purchased the deal, but when I didn't hear from them, I tried calling. I did not get a response that way either.

Not well. Slow and poor quality work.

It went very well, husband has knee problems, I work so when it's already done when I get home I'm at peace.

I know that I used them. It was a challenge scheduling them, but I know that I scheduled them. It ended up being, instead of before the holidays, it was after the holidays. I actually think that it was probably right after the first of the year. The price was good. This may sound terrible and I try not to be this way, but there was a language barrier. Both of the young women were, I would say Latino, they spoke Spanish as a native language. So, while I understand Spanish, I don?t speak it fluently and there were some things where I asked them to do, and I could tell that I wasn?t explaining it in a way that they understood, and there was nothing I could about it.

I purchased an eight hour one time housecleaning deal. Was very please with what they accomplished. Will definitely hire again!

Thorough job on two of the rooms. The last two housecleaners did not provide a thorough job and arrived late.

I made a Big Deal purchase with them. They showed up promptly and did a very good job. They did a really good job cleaning and they were very, very pleasant. I plan to use them again.

I've been using them for probably about two years, I guess. I've been using them ever since. They come back here once a month. They are going to come back this Monday. They do the heavy lifting. They get A on everything. What stands out is just that they do everything I ask them to do, and they do it when they're supposed to do it. I mean the five criteria that you have really for rating them, they do it. So many companies now they, you know, sound like they're gonna do stuff. Half the time they don't do it on time, or they don't do a good job, but they actually did. You can't beat them for the price either.
