At this point I told her to forget it. If they aren't equipped and professional they probably won't clean well.

Used the deep cleaning special for my house and 3 ladies showed up and spent 4 hours off very good cleaning. They were an hour late but did a great job of cleaning and would recommend them again. Really got the bathroom super clean.

3 very nice ladies showed up on time with their own cleaning supplies, although I preferred they use my vacuum on the carpets.. I showed them what I needed done and they got to work immediately. They worked approximately 4 hours and everything was cleaned to my satisfaction. I plan to call them on a regular basis.

They showed up a little late, short one person originally. After talking with the owner, she worked with the group. I asked them what they brought to clean the hardwood floors and they told me Murphy's oil soap. That will ruin hardwood floors SPI told the not to clean the floors. They spent considerable time in the bathroom cleaning it and did a good job. They also did a nice. Job in the kitchen. I was not sure what they meant by deep cleaning. I expected them to bring a vacuum but they did not. I was not told what they would do which made the start confusing,

After purchasing the coupon, I contacted the owner, Brenda, by phone. I asked for my cleaning apppointment in a specific range of dates. We decided on 12/17 with her crew to arrive between 12 and 12:30. Around 1200, three girls came to perform the service. After I showed them around, they got right to work! They started in my Master Bedroom upstairs while I continued to work on my computer downstairs. After five or no more than ten minutes, I remembered I wanted to point out some particularly nasty crud on one of my ceiling fans upstairs. By the time I got up there to show them, it had already been done! I was impressed. Although I thought my house would be pretty easy to clean, apparently it wasn't. The supervisor of the three girls called in a fourth person and Brenda herself came to join the party. Mostly I stayed out of their way, inspecting rooms as they left. When they were done for the day, my initial impression was that they had done a thorough job. They did a very nice job in the upstairs master bedroom and bath, and a good job on the downstairs bath. Brenda herself worked on my kitchen appliance stainless steel stains until my refrigerator and dishwasher shone! The following day, I began to notice several things that should have been part of a deep cleaning that had been overlooked. The top of my frig had not been cleaned. Cobwebs in corners were still there. They had not dusted the tops of the downstairs ceiling fans, the tops of many pictures, or the tops of any window or door frame. I called Brenda and she was anxious to correct the situation. We made an appt for the cleaners to return the following Friday around 3 or 3:30. She later called to say they were running late, but someone would be there by 5:30. Promptly at 5:30, two of the original cleaners showed. As I tried to go down my written list and show them the problem areas, it became apparent they didn't speak enough English to understand me. A supervisor from Brenda's staff was available by phone to interpret; however, communication was still difficult as the work was being performed. After an hour, the girls said they were done. The supervisor asked me to make sure they had done everything I wanted them to do because Brenda guarantees 100% satisfaction. At that point, I was tired, the girls were tired so I said everything was fine. Unfortunately, it was not. They corrected most of the items on my list, but not all. I can't fault Limpio for the final product not being satisfactory because I chose to let the girls go after not having done a thorough inspection. Everyone on the staff to include Brenda and the primary supervisor were extremely nice and easy to work with; however, I did not get my money's worth; and I would not use the service again.

The ladies from Limpio Housecleaning left our home sparkling as never before. We are thrilled with what that did in our home. The ladies were extremely professional and pleasant while in our home. Can't wait to have them come again!

In looking at others reviews of cost, I thought mine was high considering I only have 1800 sq feet, one level and very open floor plan. I also wasn't prepared for them to need my vacuum and mop. I didn't know she had her own mop in the car. I would use them again because of how clean and nice my home looked when they left!

I purchased a "Big Deal" for 8 hours of DEEP House cleaning. My husband and I just purchased a unique home with five bathrooms that definitely needed some DEEP cleaning. Limpio Housecleaning was gracious enough to agree to letting me use the 8 hours toward just cleaning the bathrooms, which we all know are the hardest part of any housecleaning job. I wanted the bathrooms cleaned before our furniture arrived so I schedule the cleaning one day prior to the delivery of our household goods. The scheduled time came and went with no Limpio. After one hour and no Limpio, I called and left a message on their answering machine. After having spent two weeks of intense work on this house, the bathrooms were the only cleaning job I was paying someone to do, so to say the least, I was anxious that I might end up having to clean them myself (aarrrggg). Some time later, I received a phone call from the company saying that they showed me scheduled for the following Friday, admittedly a mistake on their part. The Limpio representative apologized and said the team would come as soon as they were finished with the house they were currently cleaning and get my job done that day. They did arrive with a cleaning team in the early evening, got right to work, and had all five bathrooms sparkling in a few hours, to my great pleasure. What a difference! I would give Limpio another chance simply because they made good on the deal and did a very nice job. However, if they were to come late a second time and/or if there were scheduling problems, I would no longer recommend their service.

Their work was excellent, the kitchen island gas cooktop and vent system was cleaned thoroughly, as was the micro, counters, molding, doors, faces of cupboards. All furniture and bookcases were dusted; floors were vacuumed and damp mopped; 2 bathrooms sparkle. Gave 200%.

Oh my gosh-- my house with 2 cats, has never been this clean, including right after I moved in ! This company over-delivered in every way-- They arrived 45 minutes early They stayed about 1.5 hours (x 3 cleaners=4.5 hours) longer than their 8 hour deep clean deal They were meticulous with their cleaning-- no cat hair remained unmolested! If you need a cleaning service, these ladies are dynamos!!! Highly recommended.

Brenda called me within a day of me contacting her. She was very good about setting up an appointment to meet with me to give me an estimate on the cost to clean my home. She fit me into her schedule despite her having many houses to work through. She came in 15 mins early to the appt, and between her coworker and her made note of all the things I wanted special attention to. They then booked me on their next available date and indicated they'd be at my house around noon. They were again on time! They cleaned my house this past Monday and I still have not stopped smiling over how wonderfully clean they left my house. My entire house, including the windows, the garage and patio floors was cleaned. I walked into every room after they did the work and just walked away with a smile. Normally in the past, I have to stay behind the people cleaning my house asking them to reclean certain things and still have them leave without me being fully satisfied. There were 3 of them who came and everyone of them stayed busy. I work from home so when they needed me to move from downstairs to upstairs they politely told me and tried to be as non disturbing to me as they could. I've not been this impressed by a cleaning service ever! I've had people come clean my house for the past 5 yrs...and this is by far the best value and best service. I plan to use them again on a monthly schedule.

They provide really good service. Their pricing is very reasonable. They do everything that their competitors do. They are extremely honest and dependable. I haven't had any problems with them.
