Limpio House Cleaning

I purchased one of the Big Deal coupons for 8 hours of housecleaning. This is the first time I've used a cleaning service, so I really didn't know what to expect. Scheduling was quick and easy, and they were even able to reschedule when my plans changed. The day of the scheduled work, they arrived early and got right to work. They did a very thorough job, and all 3 ladies worked hard from start to finish. My house looks wonderful!! I will definitely consider calling again if/when the need arises.

I was thrilled with the job that Limpio Cleaning did. I was having a party for 60 people at my house this past week to celebrate my husband's retirement and didn't have time to clean my house and manage all of the out of town guests' arrivals and activities at the same time. Not only did Brenda schedule me so that the house would be spotless when my guests arrived, but she and her staff went above and beyond my expectations in terms of cleaning and straightening the house. In addition to vacuuming and dusting house, they also washed the floors and the windows, which I did not expect them to do! In short, my house was in top shape which allowed me to spend time with my guests and relatives. They arrived on time and and thoroughly cleaned every room that they went into. As an aside note, I was unaware that some money had fallen out of my jewelry box and was hidden underneath it. I found it neatly tucked under one of the pictures on my dresser - they had found it while dusting my dresser and put it where I could find it and put it back. That honesty and integrity totally sold me on their services. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them without hesitation! In fact, my husband was so impressed with their work that he wants me to arrange for them to come on a regular basis to keep our house looking as good as it did when they left!!!

Two representatives arrived and cleaned baseboard areas and bathrooms at our direction. They did a very thorough job, going "above and beyond" in moving furniture, etc. Very please with their work.

The cleaners were great. They cleaned the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and dining room with great care and touch. My whole house looked spotless. The ladies were the boom I'm very grateful of their service I will hire again the near future.

I can't say enough about Limpio! They went above and beyond my expectations, scrubbing baseboards, deep cleaning all bathrooms and dusting in places that have never seen the light of day! They were here for 7 hours and it shows. My house shines, and now I just have to keep it up. I will never use another housekeeping service!

It went well. The house was very clean and the girls were very respectful of my wishes as far as how to clean items. My only complaint would be that it wasn't what I would call a deep clean. They did not do my baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds, etc. Those are items that I would consider part of a "deep cleaning". We purchased a deal of the day. Also, you had to closely read the fine print with the coupon. (only applied to certain rooms and because I had two people come to work the 4 hours were considered 8 hours) I am sure if I had gone back and spot checked and asked them to do that they would have but I was busy tending to my two children.

They cleaned everying I asked them to and more. See above.

I wanted them to do some deep cleaning and not as much dusting but I think they did some dusting. One thing I wanted them to do is wipe down the chair rails and they didn't do that. They said I had too many rooms so I told them not to do my bathroom and bedroom. It was okay and it was clean but I wanted them to damp mob the floors.

The three women arrived right on time and got right to work. They were very quiet, and seemed to be very efficient. I had to go to the airport to pick up a houseguest; my daughter was here working on the office (which I had asked them not to clean) until I came back. The best part of it was: I didn't have to do it. (I had my hands too full with work, taxes, Easter and house guests arriving.)

I was very pleased with the customer service. My friend was grieving the loss of her father. I called to make sure that I could buy it as a gift, and I had know way of knowing when it would be used. The woman who handled the transaction on my end also scheduled the appointment for my friend. She was prompt, courteous and very thoughtful. It was a very good experience.

We have a large house, and Limpio was very thorough. We have had other cleaning services before (and been satisfied with them), but Limpio is the first to clean the kitchen cabinet front and the hand held mirror in the bathroom. My wife and I really appreciate the details. Great job.

Floors mopped, bathrooms cleaned, vacuumed, beds made, furniture dusted and polished. Kitchen cleaned - including microwave. Dusted blinds. Three girls came and did a fabulous job - very well organized and hard workers. Even swept and mopped under bed. The owner was very responsive and very accomodating with day/time required.

The service turned out well. I would use them again and I will use them again when discounts are available.

They did such a great job and it freed me up to do other "honey-dos"! I hired them to come twice a month. They were here last night, very friendly and the house feels so nice afterwards!

They came out literally the day before Christmas. They somehow accommodated that. I went to them the last minute and the fact that they made it happen was great. I did not expect them to actually come out. I really wanted the house cleaning done before our guests arrived, my wife being pregnant, and I travel a lot and I was wrapped up with all these awkward stuff and I never really had the time to deal with home stuff. So when I saw the Big Deal going on I just tried that out. Limpio Housecleaning really had to re- juggle around her schedule and move people around for her to make it happen. She promised to call me back and it was like people trying to make an effort. They were very responsive. Literally I did not expect. I just gave them a day or two notice, a really short notice. Literally it was a shove in the dark and I did not think that they were really going to come out. After which they made my day, my wife’s day and the house was beautiful for the holiday. It was $150 for 8 hours cleaning. They ended up sending like a group of 3 or 4 people over here and literally they just broke up and within a couple of hours everything was spotless. They really did good job. We normally stay away from house cleaning folks because they don’t do a good job, but Limpio Housecleaning did an exceptional job. So that is why we would use them again. One cannot get a better price. I am frugal but the fact that they did such a good job for that price I think one cannot go wrong with that. It was like that they were so smooth and swift. They were not obstructive. They just went in and started doing their thing. I travel a lot on work and stay in hotels all around the world. In all these hotels they give these weird touches where when they prepare the bathroom they always like to create a flower out of the napkins and they did the same in every room. It was kind of cool. They did an amazing job. We have a whole pile of custom towel shower and it is so difficult to clean and they left the thing spotless. You are left shocked. The previous lady even said that they are awesome. That is subjective. I genuinely believe either they have contracts where they work for hotels also, whatever the case is they did an amazing job. They were right on time.

Was 1 1/2 hours late. Did call after they were 45 minutes late to say that they were stuck in traffic. Did not have any supplies or equipment. Used my mop, broom, vacuum, cleaning chemicals, sponges, paper towels etc. this was not discussed prior to service. Did a good job on basic cleaning but nothing over and beyond what any other company would have done. Was not aware of the extra bathroom we had requested at time of appointment call. When they were done it was past dinner time and I was finally cooking. They said they were done and then requested payment. My husband explained that we had already paid for the service through the company and we just owed for the extra room. There was a lot of talk in Spanish among the cleaners and then the head maid said she would need to call her boss. It made for an awkward 10 minutes. Once the call was complete they said goodbye. Maids were nice although to my knowledge only one spoke a fair amount of English.

They arrived a little late but cleaned everything...moved all the furniture. Washed blinds, windows, ceiling fans, wiped down cabinets. Tremendous job!

I was not at home the day of the service, but my mother and adult daughter sent me regular text message updates. "Amazing" was the word that appeared most often. When I arrived at home later that day, I was finally able to appreciate the remodeling work. Our home looks beautiful! I have already scheduled regular bi-weekly cleanings; they start next week!

They were very flexible and responsive with scheduling - arrived on time and did a fantastic job. They did need my vacuum which suprised me but it was not a problem. I did not have to explain anything to them, they dusted ceiling fans, tops of pictures, blinds etc even moved beds to clean under them fully. There were three people and it took them about 4 hours. They worked very hard non stop for the whole four hours and were very quite and pleasant.

Brenda is absolutely phenomonal. Not only is her company extremely kind and well priced but they do an amazing job. The extra effort they put in and the attention to detail never ceases to amaze me. I've had people clean my house before and nobody even compares. If you are looking for a responsible, trustable. kind and hard working company to come clean your house, I STRONGLY encourage you to call Brenda and get a quote.I have a large dog (though it is a doberman so not a lot of shedding) and an 1800 square foot home and I get charged 90 dollars per time 3 times a month. I have been nothing but happy.

Brenda and her staff are very pleasant, trustworthy,and thorough cleaners. I love the work they do and would highly recommend them to anyone needing cleaning services.
