They arrived on time, worked the entire time and did a thorough job of cleaning the house.

The ladies did a great job! They were exactly on time, brought equipment as requested and were very customer service oriented in that everything they were asked to accomplish was done. Excellent job!! Exceeded my expectations!!

Went very well. I was a bit uncomfortable at first to be honest. I've never paid someone to come in and clean my house but I got it for my wife as a Christmas gift and she loved it. They cleaned for the entire time here... the only thing they used that was ours was the vaccuum also.

I didn't read the details of the coupon before I bought it, so I didn't realize that it wasn't good for a move-out clean. Rather than go through a refund process, the service provider and I agreed that I would pay the difference. They did a good job. I would use them again.

Throughout a 28 year military career, we have had various cleaning services help us clean our home. Never have we had a such a professional crew as Limpio's cleaning service. This time we needed help cleaning our large house before the arrival of company. They were polite, professional, courteous and thorough. They walked through the door with a smile on their face and told us "not to worry, we'll have your house looking great" - they did. They did extra's like washing out our wastebaskets, getting up on stools to clean off the top of cabinates and washing windows. They found things behind large pieces of furniture that had been missing for months or years. When they left, the house was gleaming and we were more than pleased. We will most certainly use them in the future. Because of their skills, expertise and work ethic, they get our highest possible recommendation. These ladies are that good!!

It turned out really good. They did a good job and everything and I'm happy with the service. One of the things, I don't know if I read correctly the amount of rooms that they cleaned. The first time I read the coupon, I thought it was a whole house. I think there was a limit to the size that I wasn't quite aware of. I understand that but I'm not sure if it was clear in the ad. We got a sunroom and I don't think they touched it. When I hire somebody for 8 hours, I expect them to work for 8 hours regardless of the size of the room. My wife was very pleased with the people that came out and with the work that they did. Obviously the price was very good. But it would be interesting what the ad said. They were Christian and that was a good thing for me. That made me feel that they're more honest. They were nice friendly people.

They did alright, they did pretty good. They came on time and did whatever quantity of rooms were on the deal. They did a good job cleaning. My wife was happy with them. The work met our expectations.

tWent great, two ladies for two hours. Two beadrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, livingroom and laundry room spotlessly cleaned. Very pleasant people.

I have the team come weekly. One week they vacuum and dust. The next week the vacuum and mop. They also will do other light tasks as asked. They are punctual and very polite. i am very pleased with their service.

Gladys and Leland were right on time and did a WONDERFUL job cleaning our house for the new owners. It took them about 3 hrs or so. We would definitely use this service again AND specifically, these two cleaners!!!

They lived up to all the good reviews I read on Angies List before I got the coupon. These women came in and CLEANED. The kitchen sink was scrubbed and shined, the glass stove top cleaned and shined. The microwave cleaned and shined. All marble counter tops shined Bathroom, living room next and just as excellent. Highly recommend, and I will use them again. I read all the good and bad reviews and you can believe all the good reviews.

As soon as I purchased the $99.00 deal for their services, I got a call to find out when I'd like for them to come to the house. They were running a little late due to traffic on the HRBT, but I was called and told them that it was absolutely no problem. They came in and asked specifically what I wanted them to do and immediately went to work. They cleaned, dusted, mopped and vacuumed and really paid attention to detail. They even emptied the containers on both of my vacuums before they left. I had a challenging task for them to do and they exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed. BRAVO!

This time however there were areas that were not done as well as the last time. Some areas not dusted, mopping missed areas, leather couch not conditioned as asked. They worked quietly and were very friendly.

2 cleaners arrived and they worked non stop until the job was done. When they finished, I had a smile on my face - because my house was now ready for company!

I happened to be home when they were here. Three young women arrived on time and we agreed on which spaces I wanted to be cleaned--the kitchen, two baths, and three bedrooms, I believe--or the den. In any case, they went to work while I worked in my office. They did an excellent job. The bathrooms were spotless and they even cleaned my 2 microwaves in the kitchen. Before they left, they apologized for 2 spots they hadn't been able to remove from my kitchen floor. That floor is 34 years old and has had a o couple of steak knives dropped on it in the past--these were small gouges that have been there for years. I work from home and I was hardly aware that they were there. This is a great service.

Brenda and the girls did a fantastic job! They paid attention to every detail; window sills, windows, baseboards, ceiling fans and so much more. Brenda and the girls took their time, didn?t rush through any room and were extremely thorough. They were friendly and polite as well as professional, it was a pleasure meeting them. The house looked amazing after they finished! The cost was comparable to other cleaning services, but the work was far greater in detail and outstanding in quality! A friend came by as they were finishing and was truly impressed by their work as was I. She commented the house had never looked better and I had to agree. I will be hiring Limpo House Cleaning again!

arI called to schedule an appointment and was called back within a hour. The cleaning folks showed up a few minutes late but called to let me know they were on the way. I was somewhat skeptical at first, they didn't have a vacuum cleaner or trash bags but they used mine which was kind of unusual but wasn't a problem. My house is a challenge to clean, I have a German Shepherd, that sheds constantly and 2 cats. I have hardwood and ceramic tile floors, a sun room with many windows and lots of things that have to be picked up and dusted. Also have lots of area rugs. They wiped down all my baseboards, windows, ceiling fans, walls, moved small furniture to get behind it, cleaned inside surfaces of windows with windex, mopped kitchen and bathroom floors, vacuumed all the area rugs then picked them up and sweep all the hardwood floors, used my hardwood floor cleaner on all, dusted everything, cleaned showers, tubs, sinks, toilet, cleaned stove top, picked up the stove top and got underneath where things had spilled....I can go on but suffice it to say they did a really good job and I'm VERY picky about cleaning. I'm going to contact to see if I can get this company scheduled to come out on a regular basis. I was impressed.

From the time I first called to when they finished they were professional and courteous. I couldn't get the house inspection ready myself and dealing with military base housing means they want the place sparkling. They came out the very next day and got right to work. They left the place spotless and I was so relieved. I simply couldn't beat the price either- I left a nice tip because I felt undercharged.

Two ladies spent about 3.5 hours at our home and could not be happier. They really did a good job and had great attention to detail. We have two dogs, that are very friendly and the ladies were very good with them. I would strongly recommend this company. I plan to use them on a regular basis. I very good value.

Scheduling went well. No confirmation of appointment on the day prior. I was not sure they were going to show up. 2 employees showed up on time, introduced themselves and I gave them a tour of the townhouse, three bedrooms, 2.5 baths. The house is vacant with the exception of a bed. They vacuumed the carpets and swept/mopped the laminate and vinyl floors and cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen. Nearing the last hour, I went downstairs to check on things and they said they were almost done. I checked the shelf in the laundry closet and it was still loaded with lint and dust. I asked one employee to please redo it and she did, explaining that the other employee was not tall enough to reach the area to clean it. I am glad I noticed it because it probably would not have been done otherwise. The master bath had spilled cornstarch left in the vanity and on the floor, which then got mopped over and stuck to the grout. The powder room medicine cabinet (empty) shelves were left untouched and they really needed going over. Both the guest bath and powder room toilets were not cleaned at the base. Powder room floor needs to be redone completely, still has debris like it was never swept or vacuumed. Guest bath shower insert still has soap scum on it in places. The carpets were all vacuumed well, the kitchen floor looked good. The vinyl (entryway) had dust and debris left behind even though it was swept and mopped. They cleaned the blinds in four rooms with satisfactory results. The kitchen cabinets were wiped down and the overall appearance was satisfactory. None of the drawers were cleaned (vacuumed out) in either the kitchen or the master and guest bath. After the team left, I discovered the oven had only been wiped with a wet cloth, no oven cleaner, and the refrigerator had not been cleaned at all. The price was probably fair IF everything had been cleaned well. I think one employee was more experienced and conscientious than the other, based on the areas they each worked on and the results.

Well, the cleaning was thorough and high quality. The only problem is that Murphy's soap should not be used on hardwood floors. I agreed to this when it was suggested. As I later learned, Murphy's soap is not recommended for floors with polyurethane finishes and can lead to problems.
