Limpio House Cleaning

Purchased a coupon from an Angie's List email for $111 for four hours of cleaning. Called right away to schedule and owner told me she would send two ladies for two hours each, totaling four hours. The ladies arrived promptly on the scheduled day and went over what they would be cleaning. Normally a move-out would be much more, but this was a reasonably clean, small townhome, so they agreed to work on the bathrooms and kitchen until the end of the allotted hours and I would work on anything remaining. The living / dining area was getting new flooring installed, so they did not need to do this area, plus, since everything was out of the house, it was easy to get to the counters and floors. They left soon after the time scheduled, but not before they completed what they were doing. This was a huge help to me, as I was working hard to get remaining items moved, cleaned while my husband was out of town. I planned to clean anything they could not get to, but they did such a quick and thorough job, all of the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were clean! This was a huge blessing! I handed them a nice tip and plan to have them come out again to my new house when it needs to look "new" again!

They were fine. They did not do heavy, in depth cleaning but they did the floors and all the surfaces. They were thorough, efficient and very polite. Their work was very good. I will most likely use them again in the future.

Overall went well. This is the second time I've gotten a housecleaning with his company through Angies List and both times the service was good. As noted punctuaity could improve but the over all experience was very good. Everything that was supposed to be taken care of was and both myself and my wife were happy with the results.

First time they came out, they were half an hour late and gave us half the time we were allotted to have...not happy. When I called the agency back and spoke to the owner she was very nice and apologetic. She sent two of her best people the next day and they recleaned my bathrooms and did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again...excellent customer service.

They mainly cleaned 3 bathroom, did some dusting but left many places undone, wet mopped upstairs wood floors but then left carpets turned up, plenty of time to do it before they left. Only one girl spoke English, and not that well, carpets were not vacuumed on main floor, despite 2 vacuums that worked. I will not use them again.

You have to read above. I think I pretty much covered everything. They were absolutely wonderful. it was a difficult job, because I was getting ready for family and the house was loaded, still, with plaster dust everywhere. They just acted like it was a normal job took care of everything, and it load and smelled great by the time they left. I felt comfortable, and for the first time in 3 months I actually, almost, relaxed. I couldn't thank them enough. I would use them in a hot New York second.

They were very good and everything went well. They were very thorough and punctual. They were friendly and did a great job.

The ladies have done a wonderful job on a consistent basis. They are professional and thorough, so I can come home from work to an organized and clean space. They bring their own cleaning supplies, as well as using items I prefer that I have in my supply pantry. They are attentive to my requests, such as not touching my husband's desk or son's playroom. They are friendly without being overly chatty, and get right to work. I feel the pricing is acceptable, and appreciate they drive up from Norfolk for the job. I communicate with the lead via email and phone messages, and they respond as appropriate in reasonable time. I will definitely continue to use their service as long as it works with my budget.

They did great work, but we were evaluating the budget. They were here on time and they finished in a reasonable amount of time. We were happy with it.

The housecleaners were about an hour late which did create some problems for me BUT they did an amazing job. Probably the best cleaning service I have ever used. I would use them again in a heartbeat. My floors looked amazing which can be difficult because they are entirely hardwood.

I needed to clean the house I was renting after moving out. They came on time, and did what was promised, in the time and cost we agreed upon. What more can you ask? They were also able to schedule me on somewhat short notice. Two other services were booked up and couldn't do it when I needed it done. They really came through for me and did a great job...

I originally purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was very good. They clean for me regularly now and are very thorough. They listened to me and did what I wanted done. They are very good, but don't always come at the time we arrange. It would be nice if I had a better idea of the times. That is my only issue.

They did okay work. The issue, and the reason they received a "D" for professionalism was that neither of the cleaners could speak English well enough to be properly instructed as to what to do. One could speak no English at all. Direction was accomplished by sign language. No supervisor came with them, and no one checked in with us when they left to see if everything had gone well. The company just dropped off two Hispanics with whom we could not communicate. I questioned whether these workers are even legally in this country. Will not use them again, as we are not found of being unable to communicate with workers in our own home. It is not only a professional issue, it is a personal security issue.

I have already recommended them to a friend who has called and made an appointment. The very very best.

Easy to schedule, arrived on time, thorough cleaning

The cleaners showed on time. After the on-time show up it went down hill. They didn't know what type of house cleaning they were doing. NOTE: I was out of town with someone standing in for me. I had to talk to them and the owner to ensure we were STILL on the same page. I got the move out clean-up and clarified it with the cleaners like 3xs. I returned home 3 days later to find out NO baseboards cleaned - NO ceiling fans cleaned - one bathroom left untouched (dirty) - kitchen stove not cleaned on top and excessive cleaning residue in my SELF cleaning oven. Enough said!

Brenda and her team lived up to my very high hopes for a thorough cleaning! Years of not looking closely in corners added up, and Brenda brought me back to a lovely, clean home! All of the details we spoke of were addressed and then some. She will have my recommendation to all! I am eating off my kitchen floor tonite thanks to her!

Nicely done and even assisted me in cleaning up some items in the garage. Didn't need the entire time, only have about 1200 sq ft of space to clean.

The cleaners showed up on time and worked hard while they were at our house. The house was much cleaner when they left and allowed us to put our house on the market looking better than it otherwise would have.

overall job was done well. however they finished quickly and missed a few areas i noticed after they were gone.

Not as good in service as my experience with Cottage Care. Missed in the dusting and cleaning all the way around.
