Limpio House Cleaning

They arrived on time, but did not come prepared with their own supplies or equipment. I was not prepared for that, as that is Not what was advertised. They did the best they could with what I had on hand. I noticed that one of the ladies used a dust mop as a regular wet mop- that gave me the impression that she really didn't know what she was doing or how to use things properly. I was busy in another part of the house and didn't micro manage what they did. Overall they were nice and did a good job, but just not up to my expectations.

Excellent. They cleaned windows, all our floors. Two people came and worked hard for 4 hours. They did an excellent job of cleaning. The house smelled wonderful when they were done!

I booked for a Friday at noon, with a dinner party planned for that evening in my home. When no one had showed up by 1, I called and was told they were backed up and offered to reschedule for another day. Since I had company coming and didn't want to wait, they said a crew would be at my house at 2:30. By 3 o'clock, when still no cleaners at my house, I was glad I had actually started housecleaning for myself, since I still had the cooking to do?.. At 3:10 they showed up, and I explained what I wanted (general cleaning, and floors and windows done), and where I had already cleaned and dusted (the dining room). 10 minutes later I looked over, and one maid was polishing my dining room furniture that I had already done with my preferred polish - I redirected her (unfortunately I didn't notice until later that her polish had a different finish than mine, so now there is a line down the top of the buffet where the different polish was applied, and re-polishing with my product didn't eliminate the transition). They worked their way through the rest of the house without problem, although they didn't touch the windows. At 5:50 they packed up, and though i hadn't received my full 8 hours and could have come up with more for them to do, I showed them out so I could finish my party preps. Bottom line, they were polite and professional, but I didn't get my money's worth for the time. The added stress of wondering if and when they were going to show up negated the relief at not having to do all of the cleaning myself.

The service agreement was for two maids to deep clean for four hours, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The maids arrived about an hour late but the service sent three instead of two and they did a remarkable job in about three hours. Great service at a great price.

Brenda sent three ladies out for our cleaning (3 bedroom/2 1/2 baths). |Ladies arrived on time and went to work. 3 ladies for three hours and my house was clean! Sweet ladies!! Would definitely use them again.

I have cleaned houses/hotels in the past so my standards are pretty high. The crew was polite and friendly. They needed to use some of my supplies however. And since I hadn't been to the store, I had to run out right then and grab some things. Didn't like that (obviously). I do have two dogs and tried to keep them out of the way, but the yard was wet so they had some challenges with muddy paws etc. I felt they did a good job, not a great job and I received a fair houseclean, but not a deep clean.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They were extremely late. They did a good job cleaning but they were 2 hours late. I called and the owner said they were on their way. I said they should be here and she said she would call them and call me right back. She called back and said they were at my door. I told her I was standing outside and they were not here. I called her back 30 minutes later and as I was calling, they pulled in. They did a good job cleaning but their punctuality needs some work. Before they started, we walked through the house and I told them what I wanted them to do. I just wanted them to clean everything but I had to point out and say to dust this and wipe that. If you don't tell them, they won't do the baseboards. They don't go over 8 feet in the air and the lady said my stuff was kind of tall and I told her the sign said 8 feet. They knocked a picture off the wall in a room and she couldn't get it back on there. They did a great job on my wood laminate floor. They had to go back over the cabinet faces in the kitchen but it was the end of the day and I understand how you want to get out of there. They did a good job but I wouldn't call it a great or outstanding job. I got my money's worth but they definitely didn't go above or beyond. They were scheduled for 4 hours. They were here for 2 1/2-3 hours because my house isn't that big. There were two of them that came. She was quick to schedule it. I would use them again but I would micro-manage.

They were prompt, worked hard for 3 1/2 hours and left our house looking great. We are very pleased!

I have them come every 2 weeks and they are great! Works with me when we need to modify the schedule and in 4 months not disappointed us yet.

Two ladies showed up promptly at 8am to begin my 8 hours of cleaning (4 hours since there were two of them). I did a walk through of the house with them and told them what I would like to have done. I also had a list of things typed up as a reminder. They worked independently and quietly throughout the morning while I worked in my home office. They came and asked questions about what product to use on the laminate flooring and also about cleaning certain things in the bathroom. They offered to make the beds but my bedding was still in the wash. The house was in great need of a deep cleaning and they finished in 3 1/2 hours! I was very impressed! When they were finished I did a walk through with them to check a few of my problem spots and everything looked great! I will definitely call them again when I need a cleaning after the holidays!

We had a great experience with these guys. We told them the rooms we wanted cleaned and they did everything we asked them to within their four hour window and still had time left over for a few other areas. We've used other companies in the past that require a higher initial "entry" fee, but these guys were in and out and cleaned better than anyone we've used in the past.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. What stood out was that they arrived on time and their finished product was good quality. I am a little hesitant to use them again because they have to travel so far. I would rather pick someone that lives closer.

I was very pleased with the job they did. Update: I became sick with the flu in November. I informed them that I would like to reschedule so that I did not infect the. She was very understanding. I never heard back from her. She never showed up for the pre-scheduled date for December. I attempted to contact her but did not receive a call back.

Very pleased with work. Very pleasent employees who did exceptional job.

Cleaned 2 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and family room. Two women for four hours. They were courteous, efficient and thorough. Would use them again.

Not well. The ladies could barely speak English so communication not good. Baseboards and blinds not dusted and I consider these items to be a part of a good cleaning. Furniture in master bedroom not dusted at all. Appliances were not cleaned well at all. They were supposed to have mopped the kitchen floor but when they left and I went in floor still sticky around trash can.

Crew arrived just a few minutes after the scheduled 0800 time, it was only a few minutes. They did an excellent job of cleaning everything and even took out their trash to the trash can. The service was well worth the money for sure and I will be using them again in the future.

It went Excellent. Very pleased with the service. Going to have them come out in the spring.

They were very prompt and very pleasant. There was a little confusion about the service I was suppose to get but that was straightened out when I presented the coupon. I have a large home but the ladies did a good job on their first visit and covered the rooms I needed to have done. Not sure I could afford them with their regular pricing though. I would definitely have them back again.

Blown-away. My wife and I were blown-away; the ladies did a fabulous job. I contacted Limpio to help my wife and I clean a house we were renting prior to moving/vacating (military PCS). We expected to have to do some of the work. We were grateful that we did not. The ladies did a wonderful job. They cleaned a two-story home w/ four bedrooms, a kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms over about eight hours with only very minor faults (missed dusting a corner baseboard, a streaked mirror ... but who doesn't expect that. Right?). They were machines; they methodically moved about the home with a purpose and completed everything above-standard. And, they were nice too. I really wish I found them earlier. Their price was more than reasonable. In fact given their price, and if I found them earlier, I would have had them come out periodically for a 'fresh-up.' I can't recommend this company enough. I'm gone and unfortunately can no longer benefit from their excellent service but maybe you can? Really, they're that good.
