Limpio House Cleaning

Antoinette arrived first after being a little confused with the wrong address. But, she was very nice and apologetic. She cleaned, very thoroughly, our Master Bedroom and Bath. Then, Alejandra and Bessie arrived two hours later to assist her with the first floor. Antoinette had to leave soon after she gave the other two ladies the instructions on the house. I was very pleased with the level of cleaning and the professionalism.

They did a pretty good job. There were a couple of small things, like they didn't clean underneath the bigger area rugs, but overall it was good.

The cleaning company arrived just days after I contacted them and consolidated all of the garbage left over from my horrible renters. They later went through and thoroughly cleaned every room, to include garbage removal from fridges, on the floor, and shampooed the carpets. It took about three days for them to go through the home due to the filth left over by my renters, but the home looked a thousand times better when they were done!

These ladies are wonderful! I have had them coming to the house bi-weekly for a couple of months now and they always do a great job. They make my life so much easier!

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for this company. That was okay. They came and finished it all in one day. They couldn't come earlier because we had a snow storm. That was okay too.

Limpio showed up on time and cleaned the home as per our instructions. They were flexible and efficient. Good value for money with this company.

They sent 3 people over to do the cleaning. They were very punctual and professional. They did a great job dusting and vacuuming.. even moving the furniture out of the way! However, the kitchen could have used a "deeper" cleaning. The area just behind the sink faucet wasn't cleaned at all and the cabinets weren't wiped down. The bathrooms were cleaned fairly well, but the light fixtures just above the mirrors were not dusted. I don't normally have people clean my home, but I decided to purchase the deal because I liked the idea of having someone do a "deep" cleaning. I was a tad disappointed in some of the cleaning but for $99 they did clean almost the entire house which saved me from having to do it that week.

They showed up on time and got straight to work. They did a great job cleaning and were very polite. I had them come back another time shortly after that to clean before a party in my home. I will definitely have them back in the future.

Well enough. I think I was more impressed the first time I used the service. I also wish I spoke Spanish.

Nobody showed up at 0900. I waited and called at 0930 to make sure someone was coming. I got no answer and left a voicemail. I got no return call so after an hour I called again, no answer and left another voicemail. I also got back into my Angie's list email and sent them a message. It is now 1200 and nobody has shown up, returned a call or an email. So, my kids and I are scrambling to get the house cleaned before our guests arrive!! Very disappointed and angry. I understand if someone is going to be late, but to not return a call or anything is simply unprofessional and demonstrates a level of unreliability that has ensured that I will not use them again nor will I recommend them.

The cleaners did a great job! I gave them specific instructions and they completed the work as requested and on time. I will certainly hire them again.

There were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. Three people came to complete the work and they did so in about three hours. I provided some supplies and they did as well. Everything worked out fine and I have already hired them for additional work.

Actually, they were great and I have another Big Deal that I haven't used yet. I don't know if it's too late to use because I haven't looked at it. But she was wonderful. I would recommend her. She came out, she called me which is unusual.She was on time, she was a little late but it was no big deal. The owner came with the girl and she actually spent the whole time with them which I actually appreciated. She actually did the windows and she doesn't usually do the windows. The house was a mess and the house was clean when they left so I was very happy. We had just moved in so it wasn't a normal clean up, it was deep cleaning and they actually did a good job. They did bathrooms and the kitchen. it was immaculate. I would highly recommend them. I like the fact that she came out with a cleaning crew. I don't know if she would do that all the time if you would hire her. I like the fact that it was the owner that came out with the girl. Perfect communication was good because sometimes it's not. She did more than I wanted.

They came, they did whatever they had to do, and they were very good. One of them spoke English, and the other one didn't and when I pointed out something to her, she would look at the other one, but they were good. They used swipes or something on the wooden floor, and I have asthma, so I don't use them, but they didn't know this, so I gave them all of them to take with them. They were late, but I can't fault them, because they were coming from the other side. The quality of work was good, they cleaned everything, and she moved everything. The person called me, and let me know they were coming.

It went really well and they did the work in the amount of time. Two cleaners came out and they did a really good job. They went above and beyond the list that they said they would. They brought their own supplies and I did ask them to use my vacuum cleaner. Scheduling with them was good.

The house was spotless. They even cleaned out my oven! We were so pleased with the job they did.

We were very pleased with it. They did a great job. They were quick and thorough. They really didn't have much English but it was enough to get by and communicating was not a problem. Scheduling was no problem.

House looked great and clean and shiny!

Didn't clean under the rims of the toilet bowl, hair left in the corner of bathroom, canister tops and corners of kitchen counter not cleaned, plant residue not cleaned off dresser, bug along baseboard not vacuumed up.

There was nothing negative, but they didn't knock my socks off. They just showed up and cleaned.

Contacted vendor (twice), left contact info on voice mail, no response.

They're wonderful - prompt, quiet, careful, thorough, professional. Asked my preferences on cleaning products. $20 for each room over those mentioned in Deal. Didn't bring vacuum & mine had just broken, so they used a broom with no hassle. I'll be calling them to get on a regular schedule.

They were here twice in Dec. the first time, they were a little rushed: left a bag of trash on my front porch, left some of their cleaning products, and when they cleaned the bathroom, they moved everything (they did ask), but then did not put things back the way they were. On the 2nd visit, things went well...very professional, did a great job, very thorough. Looking forward to next visit to be scheduled soon.
