Limpio House Cleaning

Two person team provided 4 hours of house cleaning. Did basic cleaning of 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. As requested they provided extra deep cleaning services during the alotted time which including wiping kitchen cabinet fronts, baseboards, cobwebs, cleaning under couch and rug, tops of bookshelves, top of refrigerator, window sills, and cleaning of the master bath grout. Usually a 2 person team can do a basic clean of our house in 2.5 hours so the extra time was used to get these extra deep cleaning services which we never get around to doing. They were awesome! Very professional and courteous.

While she showed up on-time and responded right away to be scheduled I was not impressed. The cleaner she used caused my house to smell funny for days. I cleaned after she left because I didn’t like the smell. They did not clean the windows or the ceiling fans. I expected more for the price.

It was very good. We have used them before and we were very pleased with them. They did it right on our schedule. My wife like them. They did a good job.

A+ for responsiveness and price. They bent over backwards to accommodate my request for an appointment in close proximity to my initial call. Initially I was told they would show up between 1:30p-2:30p but due to work constraints I called and asked how late they could show. I was told they would show at 2:30p. They ended up showing up earlier than that, and the contractor working on the house let them in. I was not home for the entire appointment (work ran late) but they did a very good job working around what was left in the house and overall the house came out great. I wish they weren't early, as my girlfriend left work to be home for it, but was planning on the 2:30p start time. Additionally, I guess they got a snag in the carpet, but it will turn out ok I think. Overall, I really think this was a good value, and as mentioned the company was very responsive and I would absolutely recommend them to another person.

It went very well. Even my husband, who is against cleaners, thought that they did a good job and wouldn't mind them returning. We have previously tried other services and really felt they were a waste of money as the did not really clean things. My mother would call their efforts a "lick and a promise".

First of all, theperson providing the service was 2 hours late. However, i'm sure it was not his fault. I had called the company when no one showed up at the precribed time and they acted like they may have forgotten the appointment. The cleaner stated that he was called in to job on his off day. When he showed up in his car he only had a bucket with 3 or 4 bottles of cleaner. The finish job was not satisfactory at all.

The team was on time and did a pretty good job on the surface, but definitely missed a lot of the corners in terms of dust and the ceiling where there were many spider webs and other insects. Overall a decently thorough job of good value.

They were awesome and I would use them again. Very nice people and they did a great job. I am glad I chose to get the garage cleaned. It made me feel so much better!!!

Emma and Alejandra arrived promptly, and were both very courteous and professional. Got to work right away, worked solidly and did everything we asked and more. We had drafted a list of cleaning task list and realized that it was a lot to do, they got it all done and even had time for other things we didn't even reqire. Was very happy and will be contacting them in the future for follow up cleanings.

Two girls with a couple of dirty rags showed up. The house was completely empty and they did not have to clean around anything. I gave them a list of the items I wanted cleaned. Just one Full Bath, a 1/2 bath, 10 kitchen cabinets (inside and out). No floors, no vacuuming, because old flooring had been removed. They were to clean for 4 hours. I left to run some errands, came back in one hour and they were sitting on my back porch. They said they were done. It was like they had the strength of a new born child. If the dust/dirt did not come up with one wipe, it did not get cleaned. The younger girl wiped down items in the full bath, but missed so much it was ridicules. The older woman stood under the ceiling fan in the main room and was beating the fan from underneath. We went a few rounds of me pointing out the dust and dirt and one of them lightly wiping it with a wet cloth. Three hours into this, I finally just gave up and let them leave. I had a painter coming the next day and needed the house clean. So I cleaned it myself. I've used maid services before and have been very happy with the results. This was the biggest waist of my money and time!! I took lots of pictures that I will attach soon.

The advertized service was to "Organize" and clean garages. My main issue was that I could not organize the grarage myself and based on the description expected a professional organizer and a helper, which they are not. I would rate them fair to middling for cleaning a garage and poor as far as organizational skills are concerned. They did ok but turns out they are a house cleaning service and this was their first "organization" job. In fairness, mine was not a place to learn. My garage was full, dirty, in disaray, but that is why I needed help. They seemed to have little real concept on how to organize, mark boxes, same general items together/same area, etc. They did remove large items and cleaned shelving and put those areas in good condition. Most other areas got fairly well swept with a straw broom but not vacuumed at all. The larger areas had little organization and no boxing or labeling. Some areas did not get cleaned of webs and dust due to amount of time alloted. I am now pulling out and moving things all over again but cannot organize . This was supposed to be a $300 value but they were just not sufficiently organized and knowledgeable to come in under a "organization" label. Organization is not their forte. In fairness, this was not an easy job. They did help me by fair cleaning and loading a lot of junk into my pickup for the dump.

I hired Limpio to do a move out cleaning of our rental home. The date was set and a very fair price was given. Our closing date on our new home was moved back, so I had to call Limpio and reschedule. This was done with no hassle. The ladies showed up as scheduled and did an excellent job. I would definitely use this company again.

The quality of services was good and I was pleased with the service. The workers are pleasant and appropriate.

I purchased a Big Deal Cleaning Service from Limpio as a gift for my daughter. Although they arrived a little later than scheduled, they did an excellent job. They cleaned the baseboards, ceiling fans, steps, etc that are not always included in a cleaning service. The ladies were professional, efficient, and eager to please. I would reccommend them to my family and friends as well as use their services myself.

Excellent service. I've used this company several times and they have been extremely consistent in their service. I am now going to use them on a bi-monthly basis.

I believe I had them here twice and the first time they were excellent and the second time, I was really disappointed. It was just a really sloppy job. They left the counter smudgy, hairballs and corners. Also, I remember telling them that I wanted them to focus on the downstairs because I was having people in that night, I told them several times and they still went upstairs and spent most of their time upstairs. I do have to say they stayed an extra hour because they could see by the time they got downstairs, there was no way they were going to finish it, but even with that extra hour, they didn't finish it. I think they were on time.

Did a pretty good job, overall, however, my shower did not get as clean as I had hoped, not better than I could do myself, at least. I also wished they had spent more time in the kitchen wiping down the cabinets both top and bottom ones as well as cleaning the windows over the sink and the countertop, those were missed. But the house overall looked and smelled fresh and sparkled where they worked!

Took every thing we had stuffed into our little one car garage and totally cleaned it from top to bottom in a short period of time, once cleaned spotless they put everything back in a very neat and orderly fashion, just loved the out come.

Some items like window and appliances are extra but were reasonable. It took the cleaners longer than expected and I was charged for two extra hours. Would have liked to have known about the additional hours in advance The cleaners also used oven cleaner on the oven hood and ruined the paint job on the oven hood which now has to be replaced. Limpio gave a $32 credit for the hood oven, since it was older. But overall the work was good and I was well pleased with the service. Two women showed up which is nice, since I would not have wanted one woman working by herself, it just seems safer to have two, so I appreciate the owner's care for their employees. The two women were prompt, efficient, and thorough. The only problem was that one woman spoke no English whatsoever and the second woman had very limited English skills. My husband was here at the time and he is fluent in Spanish. That translated to the communications were not so difficult as they might otherwise have been.
