Limpio House Cleaning

I called them and tried to contact them with Angie’s List messaging and they never replied back.

We had Limpio for a move-in cleaning and 4 workers showed up on time. The areas they cleaned looked nice but we asked twice for them to re-clean the bathrooms and kitchen cabinets since they were still dirty. They told us the areas were cleaned but never touched them as evidenced by the mess remaining in the kitchen and dirty bathroom floors. This service seems very hit and miss depending on who shows up to the work.

I was very pleased with this company service. It was a bit difficult to get in touch with them, however once done, they were able to schedule the service in a timely manner and they did an awesome job. The whole house was done in less than 4 hrs ( for two ladies) and I was very happy with the results. Definitely would use their services again!

Purchased the $167 special. Two women showed up, on time, and were pleasant. Price fair. I now use them every other week and continue to be pleased. Reliable. BF

Limpio House Cleaning agreed to house cleaning services to be done on 6/20 between 10-11. They did not arrive. At 11:50 am, I spoke with Brenda and manager Grace at Limpio. They stated they called but neither my husband or I received a call when they arrived (no missed calls or messages on either of our phones). We were on a short time frame and hired someone else to complete the service.

Cleaners were professional and did a great job. The company was difficult to get a hold of to set the appointment and the cleaners were 4 hours late, sounds like they were overbooked for the day.

They did an exceptional job.

GOT HERE ON TIME A ND TIMED THEIR WORK SO EVERY THING I ASKED THEM WAS DONE EXACTLY WHEN THE 4 HOURS WAS UP. INFACT THE FRONT DOOR WAS CLEANED AS THEY LEFT. KITCHEN DINING AREA JUST SHINES EVEN MY DUSTY ARTIFICIAL BUSH LOOKS NEW. ITS NOW SAFE TO USE GRANDSONS BATHROOM. WHAT IMPRESSED ME WAS HOW DILIGENT THEY WITH EVEN THE SMALLEST DETAILS. WILL USE THIS TEAM AGAIN.

They performed to perfection and then some. This was my first time using Angie's List. I hired this service and someone who was going to organize my kitchen cabinets (no show). This company did ALL that and more. You will lose out if you don't hire them, truly.

Very well. I would use them again. Worth every penny and some! They would have cleaned the ceiling if I had a step ladder. They cleaned everything in site very well. I was thoroughly impressed.

First let me say they did a good job at the actual cleaning......my appointment was scheduled for between 12-1pm, I explained could not do b4 10am due to elderly mother I am sole caregiver of....that morning at 8am they call and ask can they come at 9:00 and I said no but they could come at 10am and they said ok.....at 10:35 and no show, no call, nothing...so I call them and the woman who answered the phone said Oh they are on their way...I asked do you know what the problem is and when will they be here, she said she'd find out and call back.....she did call back and all she said was they are in traffic.....at 11:41am they show up....no apology, explanation.....nothing.....I do understand traffic backups etc.... but I don't understand how or why a business doesn't try to follow up etc.... they were friendly and did a good job cleaning but they also pulled so h****** one of the venetian blinds that the bracket was torn out of the wall....so now I have to repair the hole and get a new blind....they left 30 minutes early but I was so glad to get them out so I could feed my mother lunch way after her normal time.......needless to say I am not happy with Limpio Cleaning

They were awesome. On time and very nice. House looked amazing and they even made cute animals with our bathroom towels and the paper products. It's the little things that make you smile. Cleaning was very thorough. I'm going to be using them again for my cleaning needs.

Awesome, Will have Limpio house do our quarterly cleaning. This is the second time we have hired Limpio house, they do not disappoint. Great job.

Not sure what more to say. They did a good job cleaning. However, the short ladies couldn't reach the top of the window so when the sun hits the window at a certain angle, you can see where it wasn't cleaned. Not a big deal though.

Wonderful. My house was really clean when they left.

The girls did a great job and I am pretty picky! In addition to the regular cleaning, I had a list of some extras, like.wipe down a couple of my blinds, dust chandeliers, clean baseboards. They were very thorough. Upon inspection, I couldn't find anything that needed to be redone. I already have them scheduled to come back.

It was okay. It was good but I think they were more cleaners than organizers. They got a lot done, we stayed with them. Since we had a lot of stuff in the garage and they were good. But I would call them more on cleaning than organizing service. That was their expertise. We did a lot of bit organizing ourselves. I think it was like $25 extra. That was very reasonable. It was worth it for us.

I've used Limpio Cleaning several times for regular cleanings, as well as move out/move in cleaning. The staff are polite, responsive, and friendly. They complete their work well and in a timely manner. The owners can be a little hard to reach to schedule an appointment, unless you leave a message, but are very good about returning messages promptly. When you do speak with them, they're very accommodating of your scheduling needs. I've made last minute appointments without problems, as well as planning ahead several weeks.

The coupon was for 4 hours of labor by 2 people. When I scheduled it they argued with me about fine print that said only 3 bedrooms could be done. That phrase was not on my coupon in the fine print, but I agreed to it. When they finished cleaning the 3 bedrooms and the rest of the house and there was still time left I asked if they would clean the 4th bedroom, which they did but could not vacuum since the vacuum had already been picked up. So they left without doing that, and also didn't do the kitchen stove or refrigerator cleaning, because they said it wasn't included. The cleaning they performed was good. I wasn't happy with the struggle to get them to do things, especially since they still left early.

It went ok. It started off very rough as the provide did not contact me during the requested or implied time frame. When they did contact me it was after I contacted Angie's list for a refund. They were able to come; however, they were short on supplies. They had to use my vacuum cleaner, my trash bags and some of my cleaning supplies. They did a decent job on the cleaning but it was not the deep cleaning that was advertised. I thought with two ladies they would work separately in different rooms, but that did not happen so the time was not maximized. The house looked cleaner when they left; however, by the time they arrived because they had not contacted me, I had already cleaned the bathrooms and begun vacuuming and steaming the floors. I would like to give them another try and maybe with more guidance on things like baseboard cleaning and dusting, etc things would be better. The kitchen and master bathroom looked ok but definitely not deep cleaned. They looked more like they were just straightened up :(

I purchased the $129 for 8hrs of cleaning and it went great! I did a major two bathroom renovations that finished the week prior and no matter how many times I tried to clean the floors, white dust from the dry wall was everywhere. Once ladies from Limpio was done with our house, there wasn't a trace. I don't think the house has ever been that clean. They were very thorough. I will likely use them multiple times a year from now. Highly recommend it!.

We had an appointment scheduled for today. They asked me what time I would want them here, they had 8am or 9am, I told them they could come in between as long as they were here by 9am. I called at 9:05am and asked where they were, they said they were on their way, 30 miles out. There is too much traffic in this area and they left way too late. I am requesting a refund.

Great job - exceeded my expectations! Very efficiet and nice. My garage was a disaster - they made it look and smell clean! Great job!
