Limpio House Cleaning

The cleaners were very thorough, and the house was sparkling. However, they did spend some time rearranging things, which was a nice touch, except they removed some of our stored wine from its storage, and instead displayed it - I would have preferred that time be spent on a more thorough bathroom scrub.

I have very mixed feelings about this company. I purchased an Angie's list deal for house cleaning. The company was easy to use and scheduled the cleaning promptly. The cleaning crew that arrived were 2 ladies. They worked hard, but were difficult to communicate with due to English being their second language. I tried to tell them not to vacuum one room because it was recently shampooed and the carpet was still wet, but they vacuumed it anyway. I was overall happy with the cleaning that was provided. However, the next time I went to use my vacuum cleaner that the ladies used, I found it broken. I was really disappointed that they did not tell me that they broke my vacuum. When I called the company to let them know about it, they were very helpful and offered to repair my vacuum. Turns out they had their own vacuum that they were suppose to use. I agreed to have them repair my vacuum and they set up a time to stop by and pick it up. I waited 2 hours past the agreed time for someone to pick it up. Turns out they sent the same ladies to pick it up and they still did not admit that they broke my vacuum. It took a week to repair my vacuum. And, as a surprise, when they returned my vacuum, they gave me 2 hours of additional cleaning. So, overall, I feel that they did a good job cleaning my house. I was very impressed with the company's willingness to repair my vacuum, and the additional cleaning hours, but the whole experience wasn't great.

They cleaned the house thoroughly and did a pretty decent job. The smell of their cleansers wasn't the best, but that's just nitpicking. I'm pretty picky, so I'm going to find fault with a job that anyone does, but I think that overall they did a good job.

I was not very happy with the service I received. There were two people that showed up to clean. The started right away without any instructions from me where I wanted them to begin or focus on cleaning. The spent over an hour on one room. When they were about half finished with the house they asked me to pay them an additional $45 to clean for an extra hour and stated that they needed 2 additional hours to finish my home. They spoke very little english and had a difficult time understanding me. I don't think I will use this service in the future. They are leaving my home only half clean.

No communication from seller via phone or email. Tried several times to contact seller for services, but received no response.

They are amazing! I have used them for almost 2 years. Three properties and every time they work with me and do great work.

The ladies were on time (actually 30 minutes ahead of schedule) and very thorough. Cleaned my blinds, high dusted (ceiling fans and top of bookcases and shelves, mopped and vacuumed, and cleaned all of the bathrooms. Would definitely use them again!! Thank you!

Excellent, I bought the deal and asked them if they could come out the same day, last minute for them but they rallied. This is the 4th time I have had their service, and every time they come, they do a great job. I will have them out again in a month or so. They have my business.

The staff that arrive was very professional and detailed in their work. In a 4 hour time span provided a deep cleaning as promised. Wood floors looked amazing,base boards cleaned, all areas specified were dusted. Very pleased and will definitely use again.

The 2 young ladies arrived on time, and I walked them through the house to show them what needed to be done. Of note--this is a 4 bd, 2 ba house, 2 story, with lots of dust, dog/cat hair, and quite a few 'things' to be dusted, vacuumed and mopped. That said, there were 2 bedrooms upstairs that I had them leave because I hadn't had time to get in and 'organize' them sufficiently to have someone go in and clean them. My original thought was that one would start upstairs, while the 2nd started downstairs. But both of them started upstairs. They wiped window sills, wiped down blinds, and mopped the master bedroom, and if they mopped the back bedroom, I am not aware of it. I asked them just to vacuum there. They spent quite a bit of time upstairs, but for some reason, although they dusted a chandelier in the foyer, they missed the hanging light fixture in the upstairs bathroom. But they did do a thorough job on pretty much everything upstairs, and asked me to go check to make sure all was as I wanted. So I missed the light in the bathroom too. They did a great job downstairs as well. I asked them to mop all the hardwood floors, and to dust everything on a flat surface--on the mantle, a large cedar chest, lowboys, many things. The one area that they didn't get to was the back sun-room and 1st floor bathroom. At the 3 hour & 45 min. mark they did tell me they were cleaning up, and weren't going to have time to do the sunroom...but for some reason I assumed they had done the bathroom. :( I was disappointed at that. However, these young ladies worked hard, and they did aLOT of work...so I think next time I would be more clear about what I would like done, and what I could do without in order to get the areas done-in the time we had to work with. I would definitely hire Limpio again.

It went well with Limpio House Cleaning. They honored the price but I had additional things done that cost more. They were very cordial. They were prompt and courteous. They asked questions if they had any and they took directions well. We were pleased with their work. I would definitely use them again, I am thinking about calling them next week.

It went okay. One of the girls broke the cabinet in my refrigerator but they put a new one in and paid for it. They sent 2 people out to do the job. The scheduling was okay.

Extremely detailed cleaners. Very friendly, punctual, and left the house extremely clean. They went so much to dust off bottles on a stand that I haven't thought of for at least a year. Extremely good workers.

It was excellent. I have used them several times before. They sent 2 people out to do the job. The workers are very conscientious and they clean what I want done and don’t want done. They are very polite and thorough and are not talking on their phones. They get right to work. The scheduling was very easy and they were able to be pretty flexible and could accommodate me pretty quickly.

The service was excellent! As soon as walked in the door, I was impressed. The ladies thoroughly cleaned the entire house and even changed the sheets on the beds which I did not expect. With four dogs, the house definitely needed a good cleaning, and boy, did they deliver. The baseboards are spotless, and the whole house looks wonderful. I am going to use them for my weekly cleaning needs.

Three young girls were sent to clean my home. When they arrived they told me they woud be here for approximately 4 hours. I showed them what I wanted done and how. No wet or damp cloths on picture frames and a general cleaning, vacuuming and dusting with particular attention to the white cabinets in kitchen. They agreed to what I requested and started in rear of house. I thought they were doing good till they were through in just over 3 hours. I went for my walk thru and found they had only cleaned what they could reach.! The upper 2 shelves in guest bedroom had not been touched and the window sill not dusted. The top of mirrors in master bedroom were still dusty and the sides of the nightstands had not been touched. The rim and bottom shelf only of the hutch in the living room had been dusted, not the top shelf. They were not even supplied with a swisher type duster to get high areas. In the rear bath, the floor behind the toilet had not been touched and the tile on wall beside toilet had not even been wiped off, the top tiles around bathtub and tub fixtures left dirty. In the kitchen the white cabinets had been wiped down only as high as she could reach and when I complained she agreed to redo them on a 3 step ladder which I supplied.In utility room there is a small vacuum that stays attached to its charger. It had not been touched and floor all around it was left dirty. My house was a mess because I had been ill and unable to do anything. That is why I hired these people to do it for me. When I called to tell the Limpio office about the problems she apologized and sent 2 people out the next day to finish what was left undone. I also told her at that time ,that I had a step ladder and 2,,3 step ladders available for them to use which they did not request and I suggested she supply her employees with better equipment to work with. I will not use this company again and cannot recommend them to others.

After purchasing the Angie's List deal, I was contacted within 24 hours to schedule an appointment. I initially wanted a Saturday, which I couldn't select on the calendar; however, they were able to accommodate my request. The team showed up a little early, which was completely fine for me. They were respectful of my home and kept me updated as they moved along. After all the work was complete, they had me look around and make sure there was nothing else they could do to make the experience better. They were great and I will definitely be making this a recurring event!

As a 20+ Naval Officer I was immediately impressed by their punctuality and professionalism. Once the walk through was accomplished and expectation were discussed, the two woman crew proceeded immediately. Upon completion 4hrs later I was in complete awe of their thoroughness and diligence. I would recommend them to anyone seeking quality work for a fair price, and I am a hard person to please.

One girl vacuumed the same areas over and over - for a very LONG time. (I was there and watched and wondered why she kept vaccuming the small den for over 20 minutes when its a small room -and I had already vaccumed that room the night before, so I know it was fairly clean already). It seemed like she was passing time while the other girl did the CLEANING part. The $99. was a TIMED 2 hour event with 2 people. The one girl cleaned while the other vaccumed (and every time I came down stairs (I was putting away laundry myself) , she was STILL vaccuuming in that same small DEN) - it was a bit strange to me, felt that she would have had time to do MORE if she didnt spend so much time vacuuming. Other than that, they did a decent job cleaning and my house was clean after they both finished to a certain extent. They hadnt done the stairs - so I had asked them to finish that. I just felt like that they were very slow and not focused on doing a really good job. I liked them, they were nice, but I didnt have them back, because I was looking for a new housekeeper that would make strides to make the house LOOK & smell good and one that would not waste time especially when I am paying by the hour.

I called the provider after signing up mfor the special and they informed me i would have to pay more because i was outside of the area they serviced. Whoever i talked to said they were going to call Angie"s staff and discuss this problem. I have never heard back from them. I arbitrarily gave a grade of D because this review would not be accepted without a grade. I cannot rate their work as nothing was done.

Limpio responded quickly to our need to have a cleaning of our home and did a fantastic job. The two employees of Limpio sent to do the work were very detailed performed beyond expectations. I was very pleased with how clean the home was once the work was complete. I will use this company to clean my new home in October of this year once we move in. Thank you for doing such a great job.
