Limpio House Cleaning

Very satisfied. Two very nice ladies did an excellent job.

I cancelled my appointment with another cleaning service in the area because they repeatedly weren't able to schedule a cleaning within a week. Limpio was able to come within a couple days of my call! Great coupon on Angie's list, totally worth the price. These guys are very professional and sweet. No complaints!

The two ladies actually showed up a week early on a Saturday morning. I had a meetintg to go for an hour, but they asked if they could come back then. They were waiting when I came back from my meeting. They got right to work and did a nice job. There were a couple of areas that I asked them to fix, which they did. The only thing they didn't do was tell their employer that they already cleaned by house, so Lupio Cleaners called me a few days before my scheduled appointment. I explained what happened and they deleted my appointment that I no longer needed.

Everything went as expected. Good service no issues.

The girls who came for very nice and professional. They made sure everything was to my liking before leaving.

I think this is the third or fourth time that I used them. I was pleased every time, except this time. This was terrible. The house was not clean. In advance, I spoke with the scheduling person, and I told her that the time that I purchased was not enough time. I needed more hours and I was going to pay them for every hour at their going rate. They didn't move anything. I have laminate floors, you can slide the couch across the room. They didn't do the couch, behind the bed, the dresser upstairs. My husband followed them and did those things. We had family coming the next day. They got their stuff together and started to leave. I asked them did they get anything done. They said that they did not do the family room because they did not have time. I told them that I already spoke with the supervisor and I'll pay for the time it takes. I said you can't just walk out and leave it dirty. They came in and did a very swift job and did not clean anything up. You can still grip if you walk barefoot, which I generally do, so I know. It was totally unsatisfactory. It's the first time this ever happened with them, but it's the last time I'll ever use them. They washed the floors, it wasn't a mop kind of thing. It was a wet kind of thing that you run back and forth. When I was working, I had someone come in regularly and I've never seen anything like this. I thought the price was very reasonable. They were very nice ladies.

For the most part, they're pretty good, but I find that since they've come a few times and I told them how excellent they are, they've become a little sloppier and I think it's [unintelligible at 4:29]. They were here lasts week. They did a fairly good job, but they were much slower than they used to be, and they spent a lot of time talking. And they talk a language that I don't understand so I don't know what the h*ll they're saying. I think it's like $55 an hour. I would use them again until I find anyone better. As bad as they are, I haven't seen anybody better than them. They really are very good, I just worry about them slacking off lately.

They did a wonderful job; I'll use them again.

Lili & Kimberly were so good in cleaning the whole house for the preparation of the final walk through of our buyer.It save me time in doing it on my own.It was worthy of the money I paid for them.

I had them clean all the baseboards, floors, vacuumed, bathrooms,and kitchen of the townhouse. They also polished everything.

House cleaning itself was good. Due to the Angie's List special/sale - it was at a good price as well. Decent quality that's on par with other local maid services that I've used. Ran into issues w/ scheduling & punctuality that ultimately were resolved but will deter me from using them again or recommending them. Far more of a hassle than using a different service.

They got to work right away did a great job!

I have been using Limpio House Cleaning for 6 months now. They come every other week. Brenda, the owner, is lovely to deal with. They do a very descent job. I will continue to use them and recommend their service.

Usually we are very happy, however most recently, the staff didn't do as thorough a job. We plan to request certain employees in the future.

I hired them several times, twice they were several hours late. I understand that because once or twice I had to make them go back to reclean something they didn't clean well. They are always nice and cooperative, but you will need to go behind them until you get a crew you are comfortable with.

Ladies arrived on time and did a very good job

They arrived a little early. Two ladies with a "newbie" who was training. They were able to get everything done in 2 hours. They are very sweet ladies and tackle the job as a team effort. I will definitely use them again.

We listed our house for sale a little over a month ago and decided to have our house cleaned prior and during the time it is for sale. After looking at a few different companies, I decided to give Limpio House cleaning a try. The first time my house was cleaned it was great - they showed up on time, did a great job - I was VERY happy. Then it just went downhill from there. I started with a bimonthly cleaning; when I called to change to weekly a number of weeks ago - and was confirmed they would be there between 12-2pm every Wednesday - the first Wednesday of my weekly cleaning they didn't show up! When no one had arrived by 2:30pm, I called to see where they were. Well apparently they misunderstood - not sure how they misunderstood when it was confirmed back with me but they did. The owner offered to send another crew right away - which at the time i was grateful for given we are showing our house. The crew that came did a terrible job - they were in an out in an hour (for a 2300 sq foot town home). So my husband and I had to clean again for another hour to make sure it was ready for the showing that night. When I called the owner back to complain, she did offer to not charge me the next week - which again at the time I appreciated. The following week the regular crew came, showed up during the 12-2 window, and did a pretty good job. Not nearly as good as the first time though. Then this week happened - Wednesday came and as it was nearing 2pm no one had shown up yet. I was getting a little frantic because we had another house showing at 4:45pm that night (and therefore didn't clean the night before since we knew the cleaners were coming). So I called the owner - she assured me they were still coming. 2:30 neared and they were still not here. I called the owner again - no answer - so I left a voicemail. I also sent her a text to which she responded "I'm trying to get in touch with the crew now - don't worry". Don't worry? It is 2:30 now and I have a house showing at 4:45pm and you are telling me not to worry! I wait - about 15 minutes then call her again. At this point she tells me the crew is running late and the earliest someone can be at my house is 4pm - oh and it wont be the same crew - like it's NO BIG DEAL. Well - we need to sell our house and cannot cancel the showing we have in less than two hours - so at that point I tell her to cancel our services all together. I then had to take almost two hours from work (I work from home but still have regular work hours) which I can NOT afford to do right now - to frantically clean the house so it would be ready. To add to everything, when I pointed out that they specifically confirm a window of time with us (12-2) when scheduling, and that means they should be here within that window of time, she basically said she could not help it if they were running late. So why give a window then? Plus, no one thought it would be a good idea to call us and let us know; and if I hadn't aggressively called to see where they were - we never would have been notified. I am generally very understanding (as per above the two incidences before this week) but having this many issues in very short time frame is unacceptable. Paying for housecleaning is not cheap - it should at least come with reliability. I would NOT recommend using this service at all.

There was no extra charge.I did not have any problems with them. They are really good. They did a really good job. There was two people that came to do the job. I just think that the attention to detail was really good. They did really good cleaning. Some places might not put as much effort into it or maybe just skip over stuff. They did a really good job. One thing that I noticed was she took the stove apart. She took the burners off, went in and actually was spraying the inside of the stove area and cleaned that. It was really good.

Exceptional service. Will use again.

They did all I needed and more. Very nice people.

Ladies were friendly. We walked through the house to review what needed to be cleaned. They worked hard the entire time and the house looked great!

The ladies with Limpio House Cleaning are professional, thorough and a dream to work with. Unfortunately, we are moving, or we'd love to continue having them clean our house! I would recommend to anyone who is feeling overwhelmed with cleaning due to a busy work schedule or managing children. They are fantastic!
