Limpio House Cleaning

I purchased this service as a big deal. After I provided my availibility via Angie's List Messaging, Limpio contacted me right away and we arranged for the service to be performed Monday, July 20, worker(s) to arrive between 8 and 9 a.m. Two service personnel showed up exactly at 9 a.m. They immediately began work; and within two hours, had cleaned, mopped, and reorganized my entire garage. Looking around the garage, I'm amazed at how they were able to organize all my "stuff" and still leave so much space. I'm very happy with the service received. The $149 I paid was more than worth my having to do it myself in this heat. If I had done this myself, it would have taken me all day and I doubt the finished product would look as good. Big thumbs up to Limpio!

Good, my only comment is I feel they could have cleaned a little more. My house is 1900 sqft and kept up, so I would imagined a little more work done and detail.

Very satisfied with the service. They did exactly what they said they would and were courteous and professional.

Have used other professional maid services in the past. In comparison: PLUS: Limpio was more willing to clean behind furniture and work with me while I moved furniture etc. to ensure a COMPLETE deep clean. That's important because other services DEEP CLEAN results in missed areas and its not practical to empty the house inorder to clean every area. MINUS: Limpio did not get the kitchen floor and appliances as clean as say Merry Maids.

Here are her comments: "The sent two young ladies who worked very hard for 4 hours. They did a wonderful job and my house was sparkling clean after when they left. They accomplished more than I hoped for! I cannot wait to have them back!" I think that is a hint for me!

They were absolutely wonderful! The garage has never looked better. I highly recommend them!

Arrived on time. The largest problem was the language barrier. The ladies that were here had to call there boss to have things explained to them. The only complaint I have with the job was, many items were not put back in the same place or even the general area, and I had to pull equipment out, for example the portable air compressor was found behind the chop saw table. There really was not any organization like they advertised. Things were pulled out cleaned and put back where ever they could find a space.

2 cleaners spent about 4 hours at our new house to clean before we moved in. I had to ask them to go back and clean a few drawers in the bathroom and noticed after they left that they didn't clean one bathroom (at least the sink and cabinets) and several kitchen drawers at all. I know that a paid cleaning service will never clean as thoroughly as I would clean but I wish they would. While moving in I found lots of dirt on walls/light switches/cabinets/etc... that they missed so I cleaned as I unpacked in several areas. That being said, you definitely clean differently when it's not your own house and they did a fairly good job. I'm satisfied but not wowed by the service.

Other than English and losing a tool that I gave them it was satisfied

The women who cleaned were wonderful to work with, and worked really hard. The only drawback was that none of us was bilingual -- my instructions to them were not fully understood, and I did not realize that.

They were on time. I had no problem explaining to them what to do. I had 2 ladies and they went right to work. They did a great job. They even empty my shredder.

Great! I couldn't ask for more.

The ladies were very professional and the house looked great when they completed everything. They worked with my schedule and hit corners I had missed...including baseboards! I will be hiring them again. It was wonderful to have a clean home and the freedom to enjoy my time, instead of cleaning.

These ladies know how to make your home presentable and looking fantastic! Even though this is my first review, I have used Limpio House Cleaning a few times now, and they are The BEST when it comes to what they do. I am going to have them come monthly.

I was very disappointed with this company's service. The women who came were very nice and personable and I have nothing against them in particular - however the cleaning job they did was way below my expectations. The house was empty and needed cleaning before we rented it - they did not do a thorough job on the bathrooms and were going to leave with the kitchen floor still filthy claiming they'd tried bleach and it was as good as it could get - when I suggested the method I usually used they tried that and got better results. I was so lacking in confidence in their ability to do a more thorough job I ended up just letting them go when they were done and then ended up redoing the bathrooms and floors myself. I would have liked to have seen a much more thorough job than I did and having never used this company before was disappointed. I've never written a negative review before and I feel bad doing so but this was the experience I had.

It took a while to coordinate our schedules in order to get the job done. However, once schedules were aligned, the crew arrived at the appointed time, was pleasant and did a fabulous job in totally cleaning the garage. Every item was removed from the garage, walls were dusted for dust, spider webs and all the stuff that a garage harbors. Floors were swept and mopped, windows and ledges were cleaned. Once completely cleaned, all items were moved back into the garage. It's the cleanest garage we've had since moving in the house. Great job!

The two wonderful ladies, Angela and Marielos, showed up on time and went straight to work. My son let them in and showed them around (I was still at work). By the time I got home, they were through with the master bedroom, master bath, and had started on the guest bath and guest room. They knocked those two rooms out and finished my sons room and hallway. Before I knew it, they had finished the FROG and were starting on the downstairs. Angela and Marielos were ultimate professionals. They did not miss one spot in my home. Both were very friendly, attentive, and paid attention to detail. Angela spoke very good English. I would recommend this team over and over again. Once I move, I will be inquiring to have Angela and Marielos do a monthly or biweekly cleaning of my home. Hire them, you won't go wrong.... P.S. Limpio owner - these ladies deserve a raise! They go above and beyond and are extremely professional.

Everything went fine they were punctual and did everything that was asked.

They showed up at their designated time and were cleaning machines until they were done. They did not get the message that I wanted my windows washed, and it was late by the time I clarified. But, they were over first thing the next morning to get the windows done. This company did a phenomenal job, and they saved me so much time and anxiety. I was putting my house up for sale, and I had too much going on. My house shined!

They arrived a bit too early 8, time was supposed to be 9-12. left at 1030. Very industrious, friendly duo. My wife worked along side them to clean, pick out, and place back items inorder. They were polite and pleasant, and we gave them a tip.

My experience was excellent and they are very good and the cleaning is spotless. They are very courteous and gets here on time but sometime they are late.

Very well. We hired them to help us with our annual Spring Cleaning. Arrived right on time, and quickly set out performing the list of tasks my wife had outlined for them. They were thorough and professional; and worked diligently and continuously from 8:00AM until noon.

They didn't speak very good English. I didn't have a good experience but they did a great job. They didn't understand anything I was saying. There was a lack of communication with them. The lack of communication was terrible. I had all kinds of issues with the administrators but the quality of service was excellent.

The service was shoddy; we found white drips everywhere, and they only worked 3.5 hours, for a total of 7. They left chips in the walls from banging around, and broke a pysanka egg we'd bought in Prague years ago. They kept pushing back and pushing back because of the snow, which was understandable, but they didn't call us until just before the appointment to let us know they were pushing back the appointment. Terrible.

Simply said - A beautiful job, every speck of dust gone, the walls cleaned,, the furniture in great shape. If you want anything cleaned in tour home these guys are great.
