Limpio House Cleaning

Went well a few minor things missed dusting but over all the experience was good. A little trouble communicating at first but we were able to communicate overall.

They were great. 2 cleaners were here for about four hours and they did an outstanding job!! Would definitely use them again.

went great, the women are from a South America country had very limited conversation but under stood every thing you told or explained. Had all their own cleaning tools and liquids. 2 or 3 of our neighbors inquired about them and the job they preformed. We said that they are #1.

Excellent! Very thorough with great attention to detail. Removed all items from garage and cleaned them, cleaned garage from top to bottom - ceiling, walls, corners, doors. Completely organized everything. Asked for inspection to make sure I was happy with job. Very professional. Really nice guy. Highly recommend. Will definitely use them again. A+

I just called to speak with a representative from Limpio House Cleaning and was mortified with what I was told. I asked did they assure there was no cross contamination with cleaning sponges and rags. I gave the example of using a sponge on the toilet and then using that same sponge on the sink and/or using the same sponge or rag that was used in the bathroom in the kitchen. The representative told me there was no way to guarantee this because the housecleaners clean multiple homes in one day. So not only can the company not guarantee cross contamination in my own home but they can't guarantee that another families fecal matter will not end up on my kitchen countertops. I called with the intention to schedule housecleaning services; however, I don't want a home that just LOOKS clean on the surface. I want a company that is capable and has the expertise to "Deep Clean" my home to include disinfecting it...not contaminating it. I think this is utterly absurd that a housecleaning company cannot make this guarantee. I do however appreciate their honesty.

The ladies were very helpful, came early and stayed the full four hours. I cleaned with them. They did an excellent job on the kitchen and bathrooms.

Limpio Housecleaning Services did an excellent job of cleaning out and sorting my entire garage. The gentleman, who was very polite and earnest, arrived promptly and began work immediately, taking everything out of the garage first, so that I could ?triage? a few things I knew I would like to keep, and placing other things aside that would go on the truck later, to be hauled away. He cleaned the entire garage, sweeping out cobwebs, so that everything looks really wonderful from ceiling to floor. He then organized some of the shelves I had, and did a super job of consolidating the items I wanted to keep. The garage now has almost nothing on the floor, with most things safely put away on shelves or strong tables I kept for storage. He was very careful to ask if something looked important, making sure nothing of value was accidentally thrown out. When the truck arrived, he and the driver took only about thirty minutes to finish things, and even swept up an area outside the garage just to make certain everything was very neat and clean. I cannot say enough nice things about this company. All this was very necessary, as I have a regular pest control company that comes out annually to make sure everything is perfect, including a termite inspection. Because of Limpio, they will be able to see everything for their yearly inspection. A week earlier, I met with two ladies from the Limpio company who took the time to give me an accurate estimate and to tell me what to expect. Everything went just as they said. I would definitely hire this company again, based on their excellent work. Note, that in my particular case, the price I noted above included the cost of the truck hauling away items I did not want to keep. I believe that the people from Limpio will give a fair and accurate estimate to everyone, based on potential client's individual needs and circumstances. They are very pleasant to work with. I was very grateful to the gentleman who did the sorting and cleaning of the garage, and was very satisfied with how things were hauled away in a timely manner.

They were early no problem only issue they used my vacume and ran over the cord and did not say anything this almost permanently disabled the vacuumed cleaner. When we discovered this my husband made the repair. If you damage something you should let the owner know, it damages your integrity and also your buisness.

Extremely pleased with the professionalism and results of Frank and his son Issac. Shiny windows (high and large). Worked 9 to 12 noon. Frank was very strong, quick, and thorough, also guiding Issac. Pleasant and polite. Would hire again.

Provider called to cancel the first time because of a death in the family which was understandable. I then called her and rescheduled and she did not show or call. I called her and left a message but I have never heard back from her. Don't know what is going on with her but very disappointed

Limpio is great!! Very thorough and after trying several house cleaning companies they are definitely a keeper!!

I used the half price coupon to get a two-person crew for 4 hours to clean. They were EXTREMELY thorough, professional, and polite. I am completely satisfied with the job. The only reason I'm not signing up for monthly service is that they're quite expensive. The usual rate works out to $40 per hour per person. I do intend on using them for occasional cleaning.

First, we were the jerks who were late. Turns out, the ladies were there early. I felt horrible. Anyhow, they did a wonderful job. The house was cleaned top to bottom. The ladies did a wonderful job. I walked into the bathroom and wondered if the bathtub was always that white but figured that wasn't possible. I honestly didn't even know the tub be so white! This tub was so old and what I thought was stained! They worked their magic and it's white now! I would absolutely hire Limpio again. Thanks!

Scheduling was fast and easy. Brenda contacted me by e-mail and a date was quickly arranged. The ladies arrived right on time and quickly began work. I had begun to pull things out of the garage and they continued to assist. I was out working most of the time, but I needed to go through the massive junk we had anyway. The ladies cleaned, organized, and helped me in any way they could. It was a team effort, but my garage is amazing now. Their help was exactly what I needed to get the job done. I would absolutely use this company again. My garage is so clean I want to have a party in it!
