Limpio House Cleaning

My husband has a gun safe and I told Frank he didn't have to move that (over 400 lbs), but he did so he could clean behind it. He even cleaned the outside of appliances and my small porch leading into the house. Frank was very professional and polite and he never took a break though I offered him lunch.

Excellent job by2 women who never took a break and did a fine job

This was the very best Big Deal we have ever purchased. We heard back promptly from the provider, accepting the date we requested. On the day our service person, Frank, arrived on time. As he arrived I was outside starting to remove Christmas lights from the shrubbery. He immediately stepped in and insisted on finishing the job, handing me the lights all separated and neatly rolled in a storage box, and then started on our very messy and neglected garage. I had worried that he would take one look and refund my money, but he assured us that he had seen much worse. He went right to work, removing just about everything except a couple of file cabinets we had told him to leave in place. He took done the curtains as soon as the space was cleared so I could wash all the old dead bugs and spider webs off. He swept out the whole thing, opened and cleaned the windows and even brushed the walks and ceiling. We had left over boards and shingles which he bundled up for disposal. Luckily our trash had just been picked up so we were able to refill both the trash and recycle bin. We also identified a big pile of stuff for donation. I would not have thought it possible to get everything out and then clean thoroughly and finally to organize everything within the allotted time but he did it easily. And he is a genius at organization. I have storage shelves along one whole wall. I thought those shelves were full but was delighted with the way he arranged everything so we had apparently more space. So we started with a two car garage with room just barely for one car. And when he finished we could have put another small car in there even with all the lawn and garden equipment in there. We are so pleased that we have had to go out and look at it several times. I plan to hire him back on a regular basis. He is a miracle worker.

The two women did a fantastic job. They were thorough wiping down cabinets in kitchens and appliances looked great. Arrived on time and worked very quickly in about 6 hours for the two of them. FANTASTIC JOB! My house had not been cleaned like that in at least 5 years.

I have used Limpio for approximately four months. During my so called deep cleaning, I didn?t receive a deep cleaning and many regular items were not cleaned. Two people were sent and the older one was obviously upset and rude because she wanted to use her own cleaning items when I had requested my cleaning be done with my own supplies. In addition, she did not like taking any instructions from me. It?s impossible to use my cleaning items without some direction. She verbally stated her displeasure with using a real mop and said it was ?too much work? because she wanted to use her mop; which would result in her having to come back and redo the floor because the Swiffer type mop does not perform well on my tile floor. During the same visit the team refused to clean my son?s bedroom. My son is autistic and because they don?t understand what that means they refused to clean his room. They here about to leave and I had to demand that they clean his room. The younger person was outside on the phone while they didn?t finish cleaning my house. Absolutely nothing occurred including any actions from my autistic son during their visit nor was there anything different with my son?s room. Unfortunately, the owner Brenda lacks business skills and professionalism and takes it personal if you are not 100% satisfied with the work. Although they tell you to let them know if you have problems they don?t mean it and will turn on you if you complain. When I first contacted Brenda, I informed her I needed the team to start at 8:00am. She agreed to the 8am start time and has advertisement states her business hours starting at ?7am? and the truth is they don?t start until after 9am. On the first visit when her team was not there by 8;30am, I called Brenda. She then stated they would be there by 9am although she had agreed to 8:00. Since my second visit, she sent a different team who comes after nine when they get ready. While time may not be important to some, I need them to be prompt due to my son?s schedule. On one visit the team didn?t arrive until 9:20am. It was crucial they be there on time because I need them to clean a certain area before I get my son up and get him ready. It takes additional time to get him up when people are in the house. Brenda miscommunicated to her people that I needed them to hurry up and get finish early; which is not what I needed. I needed them to get there on time, clean the bathroom and bedroom so that I could get him up and cleaned up. At no time did I communicate to Brenda that I needed them to finish early nor did I need them to rush and get finished early. I specifically told her I needed to have them there on time at 9am; which is want she agreed to. They rushed through the cleaning, finished over an hour early and didn?t do a good job. How dare I complain yet again! My normal crew included three people. Maybe it?s just me; however, what a poor business decision to send three people on a job when the customer needs to communicate with them regularly and none of the three people speak or understand English; which was a major challenge. During my last cleaning before the holidays, two of the normal staff was out and a different person was sent. The quality of the cleaning greatly diminished. My answer is you are to pay the company to do the job regardless of whether or not they do the job. It?s really sad that they get upset when actually they are at fault. When I called Brenda she never returned my calls. She is Very Unprofessional!

The provider thoroughly cleaned our downstairs main living areas and the upstairs guest areas. The two women that came, I wish I remembered their names, were very professional and worked very fast and efficiently. My husband does not like to have cleaners in the house when he is home working because he says they distract him but they worked quietly and my husband was very impressed not only with the amount of work they did but the quality as well.

It went excellent, he was professional, he didn't fool around. He did a really great job.

Exceptional service and attention to detail. This gentleman cleaned and organized every inch of our garage space. He went above and beyond what we expected. He took no breaks until the job was finished. My husband pulled many items out of the area before he came, but I have a feeling the provider had not expected this.

Emma and Marissa showed up early,which was great, i had a busy day myself so showed them around briefly and left them to it. , I have a really big house so just wanted the downstairs to be done thoroughly, they did a wonderful job, got into corners and picked up and cleaned underneathe, wiped down cabinets with bleach water ( they are painted white)cleaned the heartpine floors and even cleaned inside the microwaves which i had forgotten to ask about ! The only thing i would ask them to do next time is sweep and mop the steps going out the garage( my fault) Completely painless experience!!! Thank You Kat Roberts

My garage was overflowing since the day I moved into my new house a couple of years ago. When I was moving in, it started to rain, so my moving help (friends and family) just shoved a lot of boxes and other things into the garage. There was hardly any room to move around and find things I was looking for. When the gentleman came to my house, I offered to help him with the job. I had taken the day off of work to do that. He said no, he would do everything. I left him to it. By the time he left in the afternoon, my garage was neat and clean. It was worth every cent I paid for it. I gave him a $20 tip, too. Now I can find things. It is easy to get my lawn mower in and out of the garage. I can now sweep out the garage with ease. Thank you!

Frank was awesome. He worked 150% the whole time. The garage has never been so clean. We have been here 15 years and still had boxes that we had not gone through. My son and I went through the stuff once outside and determined what would go back, what would be given away and what would be put out for bulk pickup. Frank did all the work. If we had to do it the same job, it probably would have taken several days.

Did a very nice job, went above and beyond my expectations

This wonderful company helped us clean out of the debris, junk and clutter. Helped us get organized and now we can use our garage to put the 2 vehicles inside instead out outside of the garage. We are most happy and would recommend this company to many people!!

first, i had a lot of stuff just piling up along the back floor of the garage. (i don't have an organizational shelving system....yet.) there were spider webs in all the corners and on all our stuff, plus a generalized built-up thin layer of soot. Frank arrived within the stated time frame. after a quick discussion of my requests, he went to work. i graded quality a "B" only because i had to provide the garage floor cleaning solution. the job took him just over 4 hours to complete. throughout, he was always courteous, respectful, and considerate. during the walkthrough, i was impressed with his organizational skills, sorting things in ways i didn't think of. if Frank is representative of Limpio's work ethic, then you can't go wrong with their services. Oh my goodness! I can't say enough wonderful things about Frank and Limpio Cleaners! He did an absolutely outstanding job with our garage! HIGHLY recommend!

This company and Frank from Limpio showed up early, stayed extra time to sweep up and the garage looked brand new when he finished. Our garage was the repository for all the stuff we did not want to deal with. A few hours into the job, we found Jimmy Hoffa! I never write reviews and if things were not as advertised, I just would not waste my time. I am proud to recommend this company and you should ask for Frank.

Two women showed up for 4 hours, and they were amazing. I don't know the last time my house was this clean. They even wiped down the inside of the door of my front loading washing machine!!

Frank was wonderful! He arrived on time, was respectful and worked efficiently. Frank, a very nice person, took great pride in his work and offered thoughtful suggestions as he cleaned. He also pointed out an issue that may require additional work by a handyman that we might not have noticed for some time. I appreciated the care he took to complete the job well and in a timely fashion. My garages look clean, neat and organized! I would definitely hire the company again!

This is the 4th time we have used this company and we love them!!! They do a great job every time. What I like best about them is I don't have to explain or ask for anything. They just start cleaning right away, no overly talkative staff, slow workers, etc. We will be using this company in the future and already my wife is asking me when can we schedule them to come back out. They are great company!!!!

There are not enough superlatives to describe how great of a job Frank did on my garage! The transformation from dirty and disorganized to sparkling clean and neat was amazing! Super nice guy with a fantastic work ethic. I will definitely use this business again in the future. :-)
