Julia was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We chose her for two reasons: her reputation and the agency she works for. Prior to listing the house, she spent a number of hours talking with us about the value of the house, the area, comparables, and eventually professionally photographing the home and obtaining the proper information for the listing description. The home was officially on the market on a Monday and, within 7 days, we had three good offers. Additionally, she was present during the survey to ensure the home was properly appraised. Julia was awesome! She helped us find a home (our first) in Norfolk. We are a Navy family and were moving to Hampton Roads from another state, so the first part of our home search had to be done online.
