+ 0 moreWater heater broke out of the blue.. We called for emergency service. Brian came the same day as expected, checked the unit, identified the issue and replaced the flow sensor. When he left, we had hot water again - funny how important it becomes when you don't have it ! He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company.

+ 0 moreWe have had work done recently - had a very challenging clog in the outside of the house area of our waterline. The tech promptly came on a weekend and then returned the next day. Because he could not finish in one day, they adjusted the basic visit fee. The problem was truly fixed for good.
Description of Work: This is a very professional, friendly team with excellent skills. We had a hot water heater replaced earlier in 2012 and felt the work was fine, as have been other jobs before that.
