This guy is the best, hands down. He's a "you pay for materials and I'll install it" guy, and he furnishes receipts after he picks up the materials at one of the big box building stores. He's completely and utterly obsessed with quality. He's the nicest guy you ever wanted to meet, and runs his crew as tight as a miser's fist. When I smelled cigarette smoke when his guys were under the house, I told Joe about it and he just about tore them to pieces-- not so good for his guys, maybe, but he's devoted to customer service. About quality: he tried to do part of the job himself to save money on subs (garage door wrap) but couldn't get it quite right. He paid a sub to rip his own work out and redo it properly. He then offered to repair the plaster caused by the roof leak for free. You don't find them this good any more. Use this guy!
