Chris Dobbin consulted with me about new counter-tops. The presentation and display of the consultation was well put together and offered a lot of information as well as giving me confidence in the project itself. The price and financing were extremely favorable for this project, so I will definitely use them for future projects. On day of install, the contractors were in and out pretty quickly. No mess aside from some water leaking into the cabinet below the sink due to the dishwasher being accidentally bumped on. After install, Emma Murphy came by to inspect and consult about the install. She gave me great ideas going forward for backslashes as well as advice on remedies to some chipping/gaps that I noticed after the install. She informed me these damages were normal in an install. Overall was really satisfied with all aspects of this project. Will use in future and recommend to friends/family.

High Quality, Excellent, and True Professional are a few words that describes Homefix Custom Remodeling (HCR). I purchased my first home late 2017. During my home inspection, I notice leaks in the ceiling dry wall. The Realtor called his roofing inspection team to inspect the roof. They did not know where the leak source was and thought it was from a satellite dish. The roofing guy also estimated there were 3 years of roofing life left. 4 months later, roof leaks start to occur during heavy rain. I was not happy. I thought the roofer was an expert because this is what they do day in and out. I was wrong with that assumption. June of 2018, Homefix Custom Remodeling knocked on my door and asked if I wanted a free quote for roofing, windows, or any other home repair. I told myself it wouldn't hurt to get a free quote since it will be my first quote. I had the appointment made the same day for the evening. HCR's sales team was running a little late so therefore, the Vice President, Mr. Michael A. showed up around 8pm. He sat down and explained the importance of roofing, the black streaks called Gloeocapsa Magma which we commonly see on most roofing, and different qualities of shingles out there on the market. Many home owners think roof shingles are just roof shingles and that is it. With approximately over 30 years of experience and being a roofer working beside his father, Michael A. knows his stuff and his competitors. He showed quotes from customers who got estimate from others roofing companies. He showed me the flaws in the contracts such as the warranty section. He educated me on the importance of roofing and the components that goes together to make a long lasting roof. Components include the underlayment, which act as a barrier for the roof deck. Lower end underlayment, such as felt paper maybe water resistance where as higher end such as a synthetic type are waterproof and provides superior protection. Approximately 3 hours later of educating me. I decided to get my roof installed. I knew the longer I waited the worst my roofing will get and eventually lead to molding. This was a great decision and investment. My roof would be guaranteed 50 years from HCR's superior no nonsense warranty. Most builders grade roof barely last 15 years and most roofing company offer horrible warranty so be CAREFUL. They may say the roof is under warranty, but how about the labor? Unfortunately, the time my roof was installed was in a rainy month. HCR kept in contact with me to reschedule the installation. My roof was installed in approximately 4 hours. The crew did an excellent job installing the shingles and cleaning up the area. The next day, my gutters were installed also by HCR. They got sheet metal and bended to the length they need. I got the massive 6 inch gutters. This was a game changer for my roofing system. The gutters were installed in the afternoon and 1 hour after installation, it poured down really hard. I watched the gutters and water came down smoothly compared to before where it will just overflow. I compared it to my neighbor’s 4 inch gutters and water was just over flowing out the gutters. I found Homfix because they were replacing the siding of my neighbor. My Senior Account Consultant, Chris Dobbin was awesome and was the difference between getting great service and outstanding service. He was professional and reaponsive throughout the entire process. There were hiccups along the way, but Chris was the rock that kept it all together. The new roof and siding look asweome and I am so pleased. I would use Chris again in the future for any work I need on my home.

HCR and Chris Dobbin provided excellent service and were accessible whenever we had any questions. They were very punctual and completed the countertop removal and replacement in less than 2 hours. The whole process went very smoothly and we would refer them to anyone who needs a similar service.

As a part of our major renovation of our home, we needed a roof, new front door, sliding deck door, two single windows (for the back of the house), a bathroom window, and two double windows (for the front of the house), gutters and shutters. We started to look around and decided that Homefix Custom Remodeling (HCR) offered such a quality total package — that our search was over. The weather did not cooperate and our project date for our roof had to be rescheduled. HCR went over and beyond and we had the roof completed on one Sunday. We couldn’t have been more pleased at the professionalism of the entire crew who delivered a quality product on a hot July day. It was perfect timing as a few days later it poured torrents and it was reassuring to know that HCR had us coveted. For our doors and window project, the project crew arrived about 10:30 am and stayed all day and into the early evening (again on a Sunday) and delivered another high quality HCR product. My wife Sue and I are over the moon about our beautiful red front door and the storm door and new windows are already making a difference energy wise. HCR Project Team Leader Antonio M and his team members (Ebey, Julio, and Jose) worked hard and were completely professional in 90 plus degree heat. Thanks guys again for all the muscle energy and sweat that went into achieving this important part of our renovation of our home. The time between the order and the original install date was a bit longer than I would have hoped. We also got delayed several times due to rain which was frustrating, however that was just bad luck. Chris Dobbin was the sales representative that helped my family and me and he was fantastic. Nice, professional, and good with kids (my toddler was running around at the time of the meeting). He worked through our several concerns regarding quality, longevity, and price and checked up on us several times after we got delayed. I would use HCR again for any future jobs mostly due to his customer service. I also appreciated Emma and Sarah, with whom I spoke to on the phone after multiple delays. They were professional and helped me to set an install date that was best for me and my family. The only issue I had was with the initial lack of communication. After the job was set I was told the install time would reach out to me with a date. After about a month I reached out to Chris and a week later a had an install date. Not sure if that was a coincidence or if I did not reach out how long I would have had to wait. It was a bit frustrating not knowing but again a minor complaint in the grand scheme of things. Overall a 9.5/10 experience and I love my new roof!

This project lasted less than a month from beginning to end. We are very pleased with Chris Dobbins and the whole HCR team. This was our second set of windows with HCR, and this time was even better than the last. We had windows on the back of the house installed with HCR 3 years ago. We have enjoyed them so much that when it came time to replace some front windows, I contacted Chris Dobbins and we had negotiated a deal through texts and online within about a ½ hour. The install was professional and quick, less than a whole day. I highly recommend HCR, they offer high quality, professional work.

This was the second set we bought since we liked the first set we bought several years ago. It went even better this time than the last. I should have replaced my foggy picture window years ago!

I got my windows from them and the price was high but the process was painless, I figured why not I'll get gutters from them too. Sales guy came out and have me a quote, said the tentative install date was in a week but I'd get a call to confirm the day before. Well, I didn't. I called the company the day after, left a voicemail with the head of gutter installs (found out later that guy had left but no one updated the number). Call my sales rep. He says he'll figure it out and call me back. He does not. This was Friday so I give it the weekend, call back Tuesday and leave another voicemail. No luck. Thursday I call and get through to someone who says they are taking over for the guy whose phone I've been calling, promises to schedule the install next week and he'll call me back the next day with details. Big surprise, he does not. The next week I wait until Thursday before getting fed up. This time my boyfriend calls and they say they'll schedule someone two weeks later. Horay. A date. Well, guess what? That's today. I take off work. No workmen. 2pm I get a call from someone saying they are calling about my address for the install next week. Are you kidding me? They do not have their collective act together, cannot stick to a date, and are seemingly incapable of calling you back when you actually want them to. This is awful. At this point I have no faith I will get my gutters or just get jerked around another couple of weeks and told it'll be another month before someone can do the install. Rating a D because they did do well with the windows. So it seems they are very hit or miss and their different departments are run very inconsistently from what I can see. The crew did arrive and were very friendly and responsive. There was some unexpected damage but they were able to fix it and complete the install quickly. I'm happy with the professionalism of the install team. Additionally, the company did contact me and said they were reviewing their communication strategy to make sure this sort of thing doesn't happen again. The person on the phone was very apologetic. I'm still not sure if I'll return as a customer but it seems like they are sincerely trying to fix the communication problem.

Let me start by saying when we first made an appointment with Deborah Patterson of Homefix Custom Remodeling to discuss a new roof it was going to be just that a discussion. Ms. Patterson was so informative about the product and services that we felt no need to look further and made the decision that evening to hire HCR. Work was completed In one day and it looks great and you can't beat the warranty that is transferable in the event we sell our home. You may get it slightly cheaper but you will never get a better warranty!

It went well. Had a couple of glitches, but were taken care of in a timely manner. Everyone was very professional and caring as to the work being done. I also receive courtesy calls to ask how everything was going, and even after the work was finished, was told if there were any issues, I could call them and they would take care of it.

The staff at HCR are the real deal! Professional and responsive - return calls and emails same day. No hassle roof replacement. HCR took care of coordinating with insurance for us and even sent someone out to meet the inspector. Highly recommend HomeFix Customer Remodeling. Top quality materials and workmanship. It has been a pleasant experience from the beginning to the end. First, we talked to Chris Dobbin, a senior account consultant from Homefix Custom Remodeling. He explained to us in detail our options, choices, prices, and what to expect in the process. So, we agreed on a price after some negotiations, and Mr. Dobbin demonstrated a good will and understanding. The Homeowner association approved our application surprisingly fast (within one week), so we received a call from Sarah Lancaster at the HCR headquaters with precise date scheduling, One day before the installation, a truck with the crane arrived, and the shingles and other materials were elevated and placed on our roof. The next day, a 5-man team arrived at 7:30 am. They covered the area around with multiple sheets of protective cover, then started removing the old shingles and replacing the spoiled plywood with a new one. A good quality heavy-duty protective film was stapled to the roof before installing the new shingles. The new ridge vent "Cobra" has been installed, and caulk has been applied around pipes and collars. It has been a pleasure watching a nicely organized, fast, and masterful work of the installers! The old materials were hauled away by the truck. Some team members cleaned the area almost all the time keeping the neighbors happy. The entire job was completed within one day! The roof looks solid, new, and marvelous! Thanks a lot!

Perfect! Counters put in and plumber showed up to put in sink the same day. Freddy was so friendly and professional. He let me know what he was doing and checked in to be sure I was satisfied with the counters. Gabriel had the same work ethic. The sink I chose required plumbing changes which he did perfectly. I have new counters, sinks and faucets and a perfectly clean kitchen. Thanks so much Chris Dobbins for walking me through this process. My father passed away after I agreed to these services and was never pressured to move forward until I was ready. I was called before, during and after the process to be sure I was happy. It took a little while to actually get the doors because they had to be manufactured for our size of opening. Once they were available, they were scheduled quickly and installed by a very professional crew.
