+ 0 moreHe was fine and polite. He advised to call me back to do some more work, but he didn’t. The price was not much nor was it less. I will consider using him in future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Hands On Improvements for a door in the front part of the house and an air conditioner outlet outside an upstairs window, in July, 2011.

+ 9 moreI have worked with Ricky for about five years. I give him my very highest recommendation for workmanship, timeliness, follow-through and honesty. He has a excellent eye for design and is familiar with all the latest products. His prices are low enough that I have given him a bonus for every single project completed at my home. Don't be put off by his limp - he has a bad right hip and left knee, but that does not slow him down. He is a perfect gentleman and is not out to gouge anyone. He is extremely respectful of my property - clean up is excellent.
Description of Work: The $7000 refers to my TimberTech 12'x12' deck - fantastic! floors in dining room and formal living room, laminate floors in den, all-weather porch and laundry room custom laundry room - involved tearing down a wall to incorporate the old toilet in the garage custom paneling in dining room, fenced the back yard, major plumbing installation and repair; replacement of sinks and toilets in all three bath rooms, tile flooring in bathroom, custom tile on hearth, built pitched roof over my kitchen to replace flat roof, replaced a major section of my driveway, installed lighting - indoors and out, deck construction, power washing, glasswork miscellaneous maintenance, future projects: create pocket door between master suite and adjacent bedroom/library/office and complete renovation of one bathroom involving moving a wall.
