Great Neck Heating And Air Conditioning

My A/C stopped working on Sunday (30 Aug), so I called a friend who had just had their system replaced and were very happy with the work done. My friend called Greatneck Heating and A/C and he came out to fix my A/C right away (Tuesday because it was raining on Monday). He was courteous (he called on Monday to say he could not perform electrical work in the rain and rescheduled for the following day). He showed up on time and was helpful and informative about how to maintain my system. It is so hard for single working people to find someone great like this to do home repairs who respects the fact that we have to take time off from work to get repairs done. He was punctual, professional, nice, reasonable and honest (did not try to sell me anything that I did not need, he just gave me great advice). I highly recommend this company and am a loyal customer (as are my friends who are very happy with his work).
