They confirmed the appointment. They were here early. They cleaned everything. The garage door is operated flawlessly. It's odd since they're expensive but it was really an excellent door. The quality of door and the price are extremely good. The quality of work is excellent

Sean performed all the work himself. He arrived on time, completed the job expeditiously and did an outstanding job. He cleaned up all debris, took away all and guaranteed his work. I definitely strongly recommend him for all garage door work/repair. Additionally, he is a very courteous and professional individual.

They were really good. I really liked the way they came out, they estimated the work, they came out when they said they were going to come out, and all the work was done to my satisfaction. I was real pleased with them and I told them that they could use me as a reference as they would like. The price was very good for the work they had to do and the time they were here. I called Fitz and Sons for an estimate and after a little game of phone tag, we finally got to converse over the phone. Sean came by the next day, when he said he would and looked at the garage door. He gave detailed estimates for multiple options - repairing the door vs. replacing the door. He showed a lot of good options. I called him the next day and scheduled for him to repair the door the following weekend. He was punctual and fast. He also did a great job!

The owner is always prompt - he calls and lets me know when he's coming - and he's so courteous. Our garage door went up in the middle of the night for some reason (maybe a wall short) and he took it upon himself to drive out that next day to check it out. I have confidence that he cares about his work and the products he installs. I will not use anyone else.

Have used Fitz and Sons before and had full confidence in Sean's work. When I needed to replace my garage door, I knew just who to call. Took two appointments. The first appointment was to lay out all my options. Sean arrived right at the agreed time. He went through his catalogs and recommended an energy efficient door which will return about 1/3 the price in a tax credit. It is also a very stylish door and stands out among the cookie cutter contractor doors in the neighborhood. The second appointment was for installation. Sean arrived on time and went right to work. It took him about 3 hours to install the door. He and his son never stopped moving.They are cheerful and professional. Once they were done, they turned to and cleaned up every bit of debris. The door is striking and adds a lot to the appearance of the house. So much so, that a neighbor a block away has now installed the same door on his house. Sean will give you great service at a great price.

At my door first thing Saturday morning (after a late Friday call). Troubleshot the old opener--showed me that the problem was a sheared drive shaft--unfixable. Replaced the door opener with a much higher quality opener. He took the time to adjust the springs and track to make sure the door operated smoothly and was balanced properly. Then he cleaned up all the mess. Done in less than an hour and a half. I price checked the replacement door opener and am happy to report I got an exceptional deal from him. Sean is honest, hard-working, courteous... in short, professional!
