Arthur responded to my call first thing Monday morning at 8:30, and by 11:00 he had fixed the dishwasher. He's very competent and a smart, pleasant young man. I'll call him in the future.

He set up an appointment with me to fix my freezer. He said he would show up between 11 and 12. I'm in the military so I took off from work. He never showed up. He did not call to cancel and now won't answer my calls. Very unreliable I will never use him or refer him to anyone.

,Aurthur came to our home on the same day of call. He diagnosed the problem quickly, finding a ruptured hose attached to the drain pump housing. I should say that after going on the internet and checking for leaks in the same general area of that model machine, I suspected either a malfunctioning drain pump,broken pump housing, or burst hose. Well, according to several repair help videos on-line, they all outlined a complicated lengthy procedure to disassemble the top and front of the washing machine to access the part! I even had the video queued-up to show the repairman. Aurthur smiled acknowledging my input and said, "let me do a quick trouble shoot". He proceeded to pull the machine out, and thru an access panel on the rear found the broken hose, He left and got the part, returned, and made the repair replacing the hose. Mr. Few explained the repair process, was courteous, and professional. The charge was very reasonable, and I will recommend his services to my family and friends. Thank you Aurthur.

I was searching for a provider to fix a 5yr old dryer. it was making a terrible banging noise, so I decided to seek help Fewman Service and Repair called almost immediately after an email was sent through Angie's List. during the phone call, a time was set up for the provider to come the next day between 12-1 pm. the provider actually showed up 5 minutes early. once inside, he took the dryer apart, found the problem, called the parts store, picked up the part, came back immediately and replaced the part. after putting the dryer back together, the dryer is working beautifully. I would recommend Fewman Service and Repair to anyone needing a major appliance repair. I will definitely call again, if anything were to go wrong.

I cannot say enough about Mr. Few. He's terrific! This is the third time he's been out to my home to repair an appliance. The other appliances were a washer and then, a dryer. On all three occasions Mr. Few correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it on that visit. He has been consistently polite, professional, and conscientious. He comes when he says he will and stays on task. His price is more than reasonable. This man has my 100% recommendation...hands down.

Our oven had not been working properly. It took forever to heat up and often never seemed to get as hot as it should. When I called Mr. Fewman's number, it was the end of the workday and I expected to leave a message and that possibly he might come the next day to look at the oven. But he picked up the phone and said he was still working, and could come to our house after he finished the job he was working on. He gave me an estimated time when he would arrive a little later that evening. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed what was wrong -- a problem in the ignition. He had the necessary part with him and he replaced the part quickly. The oven has worked fine ever since. His price was very reasonable. He was very professional. I would definitely call him again.

Mr. Few arrived promptly at 4:30 that same day, quickly determined the problem and did an expert job of repairing it. He also provided a 90 day warranty. I was extremelyl impressed with Mr. Few. I will definitely call him again and have already recommended him to a friend.

Mr. Few missed the initial appointment time but called right afterwards to reschedule for later in the day. Arrived at that time and went right to work. Neat and tidy, he explained what he was doing as he went along. He was finished in a little while diagnosing and repairing. Be reiterated that I should call him back in case the fix did not work, but thankfully his repair was correct and the problem is fixed. I will use him again.

Mr. Fewman was prompt in not only returning my call, but in scheduling the appointment to come to my home. He arrived and went straight to work to look at the dishwasher. He told me he was going to have to look at the back of it and underneath and proceeded to do so. Once he was done, he came to get me as I was in another part of the house babysitting. He explained what the problem was, how to prevent it in the future and what to look for. I paid him and was surprised at how inexpensive he was. Mr Fewman is a polite, pleasant man and pleasure to have in my home. He gave me a few of his business cards, of which I have passed out already. It was a great experience!

When he learnt that it was a bit of emergency situation, he went out of the way to come in the evening and repair the washer. The clothes dryer stopped heating, and we went on the internet to find someone nearby who could come out and service the dryer. We also checked Angie's List for suggestions. We contacted this company in early evening via the internet expecting to hear something the following day. Not more than an hour later that evening, someone contacted us via telephone. The repairman came out the next morning as agreed upon, and immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it. This was an absolutely hassle-free experience with 100% quality work one in a 24 hour period He was courteous, punctual and professional. Without a double, we would use this company again.

We actually got Arthur Few's name through servicemagic.com which I contacted about 9:30Pm 5/6/11. I received a call, almost immediately and Arthur left a message on my phone that he would be in our area tomorrow morning. He called again at 8:30am this morning and stated he could be at our home between 9:30 and 10:30am. He arrived around 9:45am, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was gone by 10:30am! He explained that we had our freezer too cold and needed to keep both the freezer and refrigerator at between 3 and 4. Arthur was very professional, very thorough, the price was great and the problem is fixed! - and within 12 hours of my request!
