From the first call to the last minute, every person we dealt with - appraiser/job quote supervisor, packers, loaders, trucker - were professional, thorough, courteous, AND NICE! Every single person was exactly on time, and gave great attention to detail. It's almost unbelievable how well the whole thing went. AND the cost was exactly as quoted and the best price around. MIND BLOWN and deeply grateful!

This company is absolutely terrible. Avoid them like the plague. They were hired to move our house into storage and then back out at the end of a military assignment. During the delivery of our shipment, they tried to unpack a fragile crated shelf with by hammering on it. No surprise, they broke the shelf, but worse tried to deny responsibility. They also "lost' a mattress that they had taken to their warehouse only to find it in the next day or two after we questioned them about it. When they showed up to deliver the mattress later, they ran their delivery truck into my in-ground basketball goal, totally breaking it. This occurred 4 months ago and they still have not fixed the goal. Further, they deny that they even should have to. They are unresponsive in customer service and rarely return emails or phone calls in a timely manner. Use them at your own risk and be prepared for disappointment!

It started out bad and only got worse. Packers were late, did not bring proper materials. Could care less about my property, taken things into box without wrapping it. Lots of damage, took all paperwork with them when they left, so I have no contract (delivery) to show IRS on taxes. refuse to cover damage's. Weighed truck after they fueled it!
