Horrible!!! Had him out through our home warranty on a second opinion on our dishwasher. Horrible customer service! The first day he came out he couldn't figure out what was wrong. He left the dishwasher disconnected because he said it was "too hard" for him to put it back. He then told us there are "lots of people out there who wash dishes by hand". It's easy to hook back up so not sure why he thought so. He came out next day and still couldn't figure it out. He ran a test cycle and saw that it skipped the drying cycle and told us he would report that back to the home warranty company. We call the home warranty company and he reported back all is fine with the dishwasher and there is no problems and that I need to read the manual to learn how to work my dishwasher. He seems to think a button is what is causing the problem but the button he is referring to is only for when the machine is off (it's the lock button). It has nothing to do with the cycle when the machine is running. We have 10+ videos of it not working so we aren't sure why he is saying that. We definitely won't be using him again!!

Description of Work: repair dishwasher. It is May 10th and I am still awaiting repair of my dishwasher. This has languished for months now. I have to call my warranty company to get any updates (as I did yesterday and was told they would call me). I have yet to hear anything. This is absolutely ridiculous. If you can't do it tell me. If you can, tell me. How about a basic status update since this was first an issue in February. I could go on but it would be moot.

The repairman came out to diagnose the problem with my washing machine and he tore it all apart. After a while of checking it over he couldn t tell what the problem was. He left the washing machine in pieces and left. Even though he could not fix it, he still charged me $100. I felt he was very unprofessional and not very knowledgeable of his business.
Description of Work: I had them come out to repair my washing machine because it wasn't spinning properly.
