Everything they did went very well. They left my place very clean and were very professional. I believe their price is very competitive compared to the other estimates I received. I also choose this company because I worked with the same person from the time I picked out the flooring to the time they installed it. I was not passed on to another contractor to take of the installation. Their responsiveness was very quick. I dropped off payment at the beginning of the week and they were at my home by Thursday. They were also very accommodating. I asked them to come at 9AM, so that I could finish tearing off the the wallpaper in the bathroom to paint. They showed up by 8:45, but didn't leave their vehicle until 8:55. I really appreciated that they honored my wishes. They always worked diligently and their lunch hours were short. I received constant communication and knew exactly what they working on and why. I will use this company again in the future.

The installers from Dominion specialize in this type of work, so the job went very smooth, with few problems, or delays. They completed the task in three hours, and the carpeting is secured very tightly, without hills or valleys. The carpeting is beautiful, and it is also easy to clean. The stain guard type surface helps quite a bit. We would definitely go back to Dominion if we ever need more carpeting.
