When they first came out we informed them of active termite infestation and requested treatment, when they came out to do the treatment the tech had no idea there was an active termite infestation and left without completing a perimeter treatment, after they left we found that they had cut our telephone line and internet line and also damage the front water spout and vinyl siding when I called to have this addressed they refused to do any repairs or provide a refund for the partial treatment that was applied, after arguing with what I assume is the owner in the office they then began to harass my wife via telephone and the property manager that recommended their services to us, these people are deplorable and should never be hired

We have been using DeTect Termite and Moisture Services for almost two years now. I have noticed a visible difference in the number of pests in my home since we moved in because of the quarterly treatments they provide. They not only come out for quarterly pest control, but I can call them up and get advice if something happens in between treatments. They will also make "emergency" calls if something pops up. I am so glad we found these folks, they know what they are doing!

I don't really have any details. They did an inspection and then the owners decided to go ahead and have a treatment done.

Chris was out and was able to explain the in's and out's of termite behavior and what to look out for in the event there became an issue. Also helped walk me through ways to reduce the ants I have seen around my home. Who knew leaves were that big of a deal.
