Description of Work: Critter Control did a great job figuring out how to remove animals from a tricky-to-handle attic crawlspace.The outcome: the animals left the house during the day and were unable to get back in at night. No more critters in the house.

Description of Work: The technician (Tony) was very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived on time, performed a thorough inspection and one squirrel was trapped, removed and hole was sealed satisfactorily. To date there have been no further problems/incidents.

Description of Work: Discovered evidence of rodents in house crawl space. Called Critter Control and Adam came out promptly. He reassured me that problem could be solved quickly. He was calm (I wasn't) and professional. Over the course of 3 weeks he humanely trapped and removed rodents and advised me of damage in insulation and how to correct it. I had no reference on prices for this type of work, but researched average prices on internet and price was within average limits.

Description of Work: Called Critter Control Thurs.afternoon...Tony came out Friday AM. Determined it was a raccoon in the attic. Taped hole and set up open trap for the weekend. Came back on Monday and the tape had been opened and the food gone from the trap. Retaped the hole and set the trap. Came back Tues...nothing. Came back Wed...still nothing. Came back Thurs...once again nothing. He closed the hole with wire and we have our roofer coming to check for water damage and to finish the repair...including a couple shingles. We were told that if there was any kind of problem, we were covered for 30 days. The work was performed very professionally and Tony was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything he was doing, what to expect and answered all our questions. Would definitely call again if there is any kind of critter problem!!

 + -1 moreThis was the second company I hired for the same problem. An animal had gotten into my attic and was using it as a maternity ward. The first company set traps for a racoon and a squirrel and after 19 days had caught no animal. It was determined the animal was gone and the entrance vents were sealed. Two days later, the critter was back. When I checked the vents, they had been pulled back and the same entrance was being used. I contacted Critter Control and Mike came out the same day. From my description of the noises and the condition of the vent, he determined the animal was probably a squirrel. He set a trap on the roof and at the vent site. Within 24 hours the squirrel had been trapped. Mike reset the traps and checked daily for the next few days. It appeared the "right squirrel" had been captured and the first company's repair work was corrected. I have heard no noises from the attic and the vent repair has not been breached.

 + -1 moreI contacted Critter control and had a technician on site within 24 hours of my initial call. After inspecting the roof fascia, the tech placed 2 traps on the roof, which, because it was a weekend, he left open. He came back on Monday to bait the traps and set them up, and over the next week, removed 2 squirrels and a roof rat that had gotten trapped in the traps. The technician came back every week day to check his traps and if no one was home, left written daily status reports as to what he found and did. After determining that all the unwanted critters were out of the attic, he repaired their entrance hole. The technician was prompt, and because he could do everything outside the home, I didn't have to be home for him to access the attic.
Description of Work: removed 2 squirrels and a roof rat from the attic of a 2 story house.
