Had never dealt with Coastal Appliance before this repair action. Kurt was courteous, extremely responsive, and very well priced. Washer was in a rental house. I gave him the renters phone numbers and Kurt coordinated a response call that very afternoon. He explained what was wrong to the renter in a polite and professional manner. Additionally, I have a heat pump fan assembly go bad 5 days ago - - no doubt in my mind who I was going to call. Coastal Appliance is now my go to repair company.
Description of Work: Repaired a clothes washer that would not complete the drain cycle.
