Chris is someone you can trust! When we were moving into our new home, the previous owners pointed out a part of their carpet that the cats messed up and thought it would need to be replaced. They had tried everything to get it out! I called Chris and he assured me he could fix it and if needed, replace the carpet padding underneath the cause of the odor. We have been using Chris for over fifteen years, and he does an absolutely marvelous job. He comes over any time we want him to and his prices or lower than any other company we have investigated.
