I am someone who never writes reviews, but I really want to help anyone from avoiding working with this company. Long story short, they cancelled day of. If you scroll down on other reviews you will see this isn’t the first time. They are trying to blame it on us that we never responded to our email survey, but we have the time-stamped email, we responded within 4 hours of the initial email. This was on Sunday for a Wednesday move, so if they “never received it” they did not reach out or try to clear this up. These guys are an unorganized scam and will try to blame you for their oversights and poor business practices. So when they never showed up, and we contacted them (no one contacted us), after they blamed us for not responding (which we did), we tried to work out having them just come pack and we would move the stuff ourselves. We were told they would “lose too much money” that way. They don’t take any blame for screwing this all up and have refused to help us in any way. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Really, it’s not worth your time.
