I'm seriously looking for a new waste management company For my business. We've had too many problems. Not picking up the trash on time. The give bogus reasons why they can't pick up the trash and then charge you to come back put. I'm fed up with them.

Nothing unexpected happened, because the customer reviews were so straight forward that I pretty much knew exactly what I was getting into.

They tested the soil to test if the oil tank had leaked. They remove the tank and filled the hole with sand and dirt.

Dropped off the dumpster exactly where I wanted it. They also correctly advised me of the size required.

I used 2 dumpsters through Bay Disposal Inc when I had a remodeling. They dropped the dumpster off and they picked it up and removed all of the materials that I needed to get rid off. They did a real great job with that. I would recommend them.

It was great, they were here real quick. They were out the next day and put it exactly where we said.

They are very good at what they do. We don't shop them out so we don't know if they are competitive on price.

This service is still in the process of being completed. I contacted Allison at Bay Disposal around 8:00am. I simply stated that we are moving into our new home and we must rip up the carpeting in 3 bedrooms and stairs (upstairs), as well as tearing up 2 floors of laminate and vinyl downstairs. She seemed like she had everything under control in ordering and setting up the dumpster to be delivered around 2:00pm which was when all of the paperwork between buyers and sellers would be complete.Around 4:00pm, there was no dumpster and I was getting angry because I had to take the carpet and padding from the driveway to the dumpster once it arrived, instead of straight to the dumpster. I called and eventually talked to Allison. She continuously was putting me on hold for about 30 seconds (total 6 minute phone call) to attempt to contact a driver, and eventually asked to call back. She called back about 5-10 minutes later and said that I would have to wait until the next morning to get it. I was obviously infuriated at this point. She ended up giving us $30 off the price which brought it down to $360 (for a 30 yard dumpster). And of course, they went right ahead and charged my credit card. I expressed how upset I was and she actually suggested that maybe I should go with another company if I was so upset. I would have, however it was so late in the day, I wouldn't have been able to contact anybody. She kept saying how it was her fault and that she's the one to blame. She was saying "I'm sorry" but it came off as insincere and sounded like she just wanted to get off the phone with me. I will continue updating until this work is completed. Update 7/24 Received the Dumpster the next day (7/23).

Their prices are very reasonable. They were very responsive. I thought they would let us keep it for a week, but each time they let us keep it for two weeks. They were always extremely prompt. When they said the thing would there, it was there and when they said take it away, they took it away.
