We are extremely happy with our decision to go with Bay Crawl Space and Foundation Repair. They were excellent at communicating every step of the way. Any problems that arose were addressed and fixed promptly. We are happy to continue using them for yearly maintenance on our dehumidifier.

From start to finish the team was great. The initial consult walked us through our options and did not try and up sell. The recommended repair was actually the cheaper option, right from that point I recognized I was working with an honest team that had my best interests in mind. I have had home repairs done in the past with the promise of a “good clean-up”. Only to find trash and damage to my home. However , not only did a great job installing titan jacks and a new vapor barrier. The team was professional, cared for my property and completely cleaned-up, to include old materials that were left behind before. Awesome work by Travis, Jordan, Austin and Zack. Would HIGHLY endorse this company.

I had Bay Crawlspace come and complete a crawlspace encapsulation on my house. Their prices were fair, and they did great work. Very impressed with the crews that completed the work. Amazing service! David Hendrickson came to take a look at our foundation and crawl space because we found a crack in our foundation. David gave us great advice and explained everything thoroughly. We will definitely be hiring Bay for any foundation or crawl space issues in the future!

From initial survey to access the crawl space condition thru the final Building Inspector approval ( building code enforcement was necessary as new electrical work was performed for the dehumidifier installed in the crawlspace), all was done promptly and thoroughly. The Bay team arrived on time, focused on the tasks, and cleaned up afterward. No concerns or issues; very satisfied. Protecting the crawl space will increase the home's value and has lowered our homeowner's insurance.

Bay Crawl Space Foundation Repair added supports in our crawl space to secure what seemed to be more settling of the house than typical. All staff we dealt with were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were able to get 6 supports installed for not much more of a cost than what another company quoted us for 2 supports. All aspects of the job (permits, communication about status of the process, etc.) were taken care of efficiently and the actual work was done in one day with no inconvenience to us. We hired Bay after another company gave us a sales pitch. Not Bay! They were friendly and helpful, especially the people in the office. I appreciated having the option to text for information. They gave us a heads up each day before work started. Vinny and Jeff did an excellent job explaining what they were doing with the electrical. I appreciated everyone being okay with our dogs! We appreciated the quick and clean work of everyone, including Jimmy, John, Matt, and Gary. We'll have them back for any future work needed.

Dalton and Devon came by for my annual inspection. They were very professional, quick and explained to me what they did and followed up with pictures from under my house. They cleaned out the dehumidifier pump and replaced the hose, since it was green and gunky, they replaced the batteries in the hydrometer.

Bay Crawlspace came today for my annual crawlspace encapsulation inspection. Josh and Aaron came out and did their thing and as is usually the case with Bay Crawlspace, they went avove and beyond. They sent me pictures of places under my house that need some love and hung a section of flex duct that had fallen back into place. If you want a quality job done right, give Bay Crawlspace a call.

The crew that came to my house was and Matt and Austin. Austin explained what they were going to do. They left my yard very tidy. The company is prompt in returning calls and scheduling appointments.

Travis, Jordan, Zach, and Art completed the structural work and encapsulation of our crawlspace. They were great to work with, and the job was done in a timely and professional manner. We are very happy with the work.

Every year, the technicians show up in time for my annual inspection. They inspect my crawl space and give me a detailed report with pictures explaining everything in detail. They adjusted my dehumidifier, cleaned the filter and replaced the batteries in both units. I would highly recommend Bay Crawl Space for all your needs.

They found some issues with the drainage that we were unaware of and corrected those as part of our annual service. We have had other services performed by Bay and the work was always well done and reasonably priced. We highly recommend their services.

Crawlspace repair with encapsulation completed. Punctual, excellent communication and a thorough job! Vinny and Paul ran electrical wiring like a surgeon. Beautiful job. Production crew of Cedric, Zo, Shawn and gates were even good with my crazy dogs, lol. While providing us with an estimate to replace a crawlspace dehumidifier they found a serious plumbing issue, which eventually we had fixed by a different contractor. Bay provided us with a thorough estimate of the cost of the new dehumidifeir and replacemtn of 700 sq feet of 20 ml vinyl damaged by the plumbing problem. Matt and Jordan did the work and explained what they were doing each step of the way.

I had an incredibly positive experience with Bay Crawlspace encapsulation. Christa from the office called me with the timeline for the project and followed up with an e-mail. She also provided me with updates on when each person was going to show up and the task they would complete. The Bay Crawlspace team showed up on time and all team members were extremely professional and polite. The job started with James spraying the BORA-CARE with MOLD-CARE, covering all the floor framing and providing pictures showing the results. Next up was the production team of Adian, Rahshaan, Jason, and Devon, this team worked very well together. Removing and disposing of all the trash, rocks, and insulation from under the home. Completed all the digging for the drainage system, installed the sump pump and drains. Followed by an excellent job of encapsulation. The electrical team of Jeff and Paul did an excellent job of installing electrical outlets and LED lights. They did a wonderful job of labeling everything and cleaning up after the work was completed. I highly recommend this company.
