+ -1 moreThe action they took was exactly the opposite of what they agreed to do. When the error was pointed out, they explained how they later thought their new bright idea was a better way and they couldn't do what they originally agreed to do.
Description of Work: Bay Area Glass agreed install mirrors in four wooden frames for decorative purposes. Instructions were explicit describing the desired direction mirrors were to face. Bay Area Glass decided they wanted the mirrors to face the opposite direction. They cut the mirrors to size as requested, but their installation was exactly the opposite of what they agreed to and only used diamond points and no putty making excuses that they couldn't install putty. As result, the decorative result does not display the mirrors in the side of the frame that they agreed to and the mirrors rattle in the frame. I'll cut glass & mirrors myself before taking a project to these arrogant idiots.
