Vulcan Security Systems Incorporated has a quick response time and is very accessible if we need any service. We do feel safe with them and like that they are hooked in to the fire department and police station. They also showed their professionalism because this need for re-wiring was actually caused by the cable TV company.

The reaction time after we first called was fantastic. As a matter of fact, it made us a little uncomfortable. We had already decided on Vulcan, so we said ok. The technician was at our house, with all equipment, two days after that call. We are glad we decided on Vulcan, because it was by far the lowest price we could find. The installation was done very quickly, and the system has operated without problems since then.

Vulcan is a wonderful company that I have been using for about three years now. They have never given me any kind of problems at all. The system has never triggered at all. I was given a pamphlet at the time of set up and it explains everything that would happen in an emergency. I feel confident that Vulcan would be at my home at anytime if anything were to ever happen. The pricing is reasonable as well. I pay them on a yearly basis to keep my services.

They had a great customer service department that was very easy to work with. They did a good installation job and you can't even see the wires at all. They installed an emergency button on my walker and that made me feel safer. Once I hit the wrong button and they called in a matter of seconds to check on me. They do a good job of monitoring my system.
