They are fantastic. I would go to them any day of the week. We just walked in and got taken care of. They are very friendly. They took care of our issue.

He spent two and a half hours getting my iPad to work perfectly. They also gave me a brand new iPhone as well. I use Sprint for my cell phone service and I get dropped calls all the time. They gave me the new phone to prove it was not the iPhone causing the trouble and was Sprint's service causing the trouble. I am very happy with their services.

I was greeted by very friendly staff who assisted me with my appointment. At the appointment the genius took very good care of me and my issue. After looking over my old phone he checked to make sure my phone was in good enough shape to swap. It was and he ordered a replacement. I picked it up a few days later. The whole store staff was great to work with!

I have had very rude, demeaning, condescending, service. The people here are not what a business should put into their business. What happened: I told them when I signed up that I wanted to have someone on a regular basis in order to learn the most and they said to just put that persons name on the form when I register for a particular time on the site. This never happened. They gave me whomever, when I asked them about the fact that I had requested someone in particular they said THEY COULD DO NOTHING ABOUT IT AND THAT IS THE WAY IT IS. They made "NO" effort to made this happen whatsoever. I told them I wanted either Bob or Doug and I would get Taylor. I thought Taylor was condescending to people and she did not work for me. I needed someone that had patience and could actually show me what I needed to know. Even if it took twice. I left the store several times just "walking out" because they upset me with their "attitude". Their attitude has nothing to do with assisting customers and trying to make them happy. They simply just wanted to REFUND MY MONEY AND NOT EVEN TRY. I put some feedback on a form on one on one and the training manager called me and offered a refund. His attitude was that he could do nothing because they always got great feedback and he had a good team. He said it was my problem and that since I am not happy that he would give me my money back. I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS EITHER!!! I WANTED TO USE THE ONE ON ONE training sessions. He absolutely REFUSED to assist me-his name is "PRE". So I told him I did not want to get my money back at the moment and I waited until now. I called on October 24th and that is when they were even more RUDE and did not provide "any" customer service. I called and said I was offered a refund for one on one and if they could give it to me over the phone, they could not so I asked to speak with "Pre"-the really unprofessional and unwilling training supervisor. He REFUSED TO COME ON THE PHONE!! I asked the other person "Ashley" if she could just refund my money and she would not, so then I asked for Pre and he refused to come to the phone and said he would call me on tuesday (this was saturday I called). As you guessed he did not call me EVER. Ashley was also INAPPROPRIATE. She was laughing on the phone when she said she could not credit back my card. Was condescending to me and rude. Can not imagine how a business can operate like this let alone a large company like apple.
Description of Work: I have gone to this store for various services and purchasing. Latest was for the ONE on ONE Training. Of which is really horrible. Sounds good but then you get into it and its really not what you thought it should be. They have very young and Rude trainers performing the training for you and on your computer.
