American Gutter System

It read in the contract that they would come out for service repairs and they came out once but then when I needed them to come out again Gutter Shell's mother company, American Gutter System, will not return my calls. I have called three times now and have not received a call back.

When I called Bill Martin to readjust my gutter at my rental, he gave me an estimate of $100 if paid in cash. He was very polite and respectful. He adjusted the gutter, it rained a few days later, and it was clear that it needed another adjustment. When I paid for it, he stated that his work was guaranteed for 90 days when he handed me the receipt. He also wrote that it was guaranteed for 90 days on the receipt. I called Brian Martin and left 5-6 messages on his phone (757) 477-7653 and he did NOT call back once. Keep in mind when I first called Brian Martin to get an estimate, he picked up right away and returned all my phone calls. Because of this experience, I thoroughly look into companies warranties/guaranties and look for these types of things when looking for companies in Angie's list. After this experience, I joined Angie's list and it has helped me STAY AWAY FROM COMPANIES like this. Thanks Angie. Because of Angies's list, I was able to pick out a reputable HVAC company, a Roofing company, and a window replacement company for other work I needed done.
