Description of Work: Installed security system. Answeareds our questions pretty well considering they were salespeople versus experts. I.e. they only knew about what they were selling. They knew that very well. As to other services available, they didn't know about them and just kind of glossed over them. I would use them again, I plan on adding to the system, I figure I'll have to engage customer service/tech support first.

Description of Work: Company sent a representative into a Condo development that has a posted sign saying "No Soliciting". Rep was informed that there was NO Soliciting in the development and ignored me when given directions to the front entrance. Categorically, I wouldn't do business with a company that sent its sales people into areas that have posted a "No Soliciting" sign at the entrance.
