ADT Security Services

I used this security system for 6 years and the rates kept going up so I was going to drop them. I called and spoke to the manager and he told me he would lower the rate back to what it was to keep me as a customer. The next month the bill came and it hadn't changed. The other problem I had with this company was that the alarm kept going off and I kept complaining about it, and they said nothing was wrong. The police kept coming out and they said after three false alarms I would have to pay for it. ADT told me it was a fly that was setting it off. They ended up changing the sensor and that was what it was. I didn t think this company was very honest.

They were an okay company that had a quick response time, which was good. The only real complaint we had was their motion detector was way to hyper sensitive. Several times they have called us back when we were on a trip saying there was a problem and there would be nothing wrong. That was frustrating and they had adjusted it, but it still did it.

They provided exceptional service and they constantly checked and re checked the system. Initially they answered all of my questions and I have no complaints or concerns regarding their service. I would recommend them to anyone.

They did a good job installing the system, and they hid the system well. They showed us how to work the system and it worked fine. It was definitely worth it. They responded quickly anytime it went off. We have been very satisfied and have no complaints at all.

Brinks did a good job of installing the system and we haven't had any false alarms since it was installed. They also shared a way of testing the system every two weeks. We are very pleased with their service.

The representative for ADT was very clear and concise when explaining the system to us. He had a good personality and set us at ease right away. After he explained the process, he completed the installation and tested it to make sure it was operating properly. It has worked perfectly and we have not had any false alarms up to this point.

When Brinks installed the system, they didn't do a very good job. They put a hole in a window sill and when we called for them to fix it, they didn't. Also they send us irregular bills instead of every month. We did have one false alarm and they responded quickly.

As an incentive to take over the contract of the previous owner of the house, they installed a fire detector unit for free. They came out and showed us how to work the system. They had a great response time, which was very quick. They also gave us a hostage code that gives us peace of mind.

We have a system of theirs in our home. We were explained the entire workings of this particular unit. We haven t had any emergencies to this point, but we do like and appreciate that such a well-known company is doing the monitoring. The prices are varies from company to company and ADT may even be a little cheaper.

This company had a very quick response time and within one minute they called to find out the code and if it was a false alarm. They also gave me an option if I wanted the police or their security to respond to any alarms. I felt this was a very good company.

We had the system go off one time and they were very prompt with the call and getting the situation figured out. They knew the system in and out and explained it thoroughly to us. We liked the service they provided and haven't been given any reason to believe they were not doing what we paid them to do.

I think that ADT has the best security alarms in the world! They have never given me any troubles of any kind. I accidentally set off my system once and there response time was incredible. They where here, before I could even blink my eye. Like I said, they are the best. I do not think that I would even consider switching companies. I feel very safe and content with them.

I have only encountered one problem with ADT and that was right after they installed the system. The system had actually slipped out of the wall. It was no big deal and I definitely would not hold them against it. They came right away to fix it and that was fine with me. Other than that, everything is just great. I feel very safe with them and I pay them monthly for my services.

I have been using the services of ADT for about a year and I was happy with the service. The system was explained very well to me and I have not had any problems with it. I have not had to contact the company for anything and the system made me feel more secure in my home.

Because Im in the Navy, I am away from home at least four months out of every year. The very first thing I did after purchasing this house is call ADT. I have several friends who use their services, and they have an excellent reputation. This was apparently deserved, because the installation was done in only a couple of hours, and we received a short lesson on the system afterwards. I feel much better at sea, knowing my family is safe.

I have no complaints with ADT at all. They have always been very professional with me. The system works great and has never triggered on its own. My dog did set the system off one time and ADT responded in a matter of minutes. They even came to my home right away. I was pretty impressed. Other than that, there has never been anything else. I pay them on a monthly basis and I am very content with the pricing.

The people who installed the system were very knowledgeable to my needs. I wanted a good secure home and they did it. No false alarms so far. They were very friendly and got busy right away. I feel secure in my home. Their cost is somewhere between $30 - $40 a month.

Brinks did an amazing job with the installation. They were in and out very quickly. They showed me how to work the system and what to expect if it ever goes off. It has never gone off, but, I feel confident that they will be well aware if it does. I cannot remember how much they charged for the installation, but, I know my monthly charge. My husband dealt with the installation charge and I deal with the billing now. I feel they are reasonable, but, I do not have anyone else to compare to.

They installed our system and explained how it works very well. The installer was very nice and knowledgeable. Brinks have a very fast response time when the alarm goes off. They call within seconds and then send a police officer out. I feel very secure with their service.

They explained every little detail to me. Once I had a false alarm and they called immediately to check on us, they then sent out a police officer to check on us. I really did feel safe and secure with ADT. They were real nice people who took care of my home.

I really have not had too much interaction of any kind with their company since my services began five years ago, except for the periodic maintenance checks of course. I do feel very safe with ADT and do believe they would be here in any emergency I may encounter. They do call periodically to make sure I am still happy with the system and that everything is still going fine. So you see, there is not much I can say about them because my alarm has never activated it self for them to have to respond. I do pay them on a monthly basis for my services.

I haven't been with these folks for very long, but I could already tell they were going to be easier and better to deal with than the last company. They were pretty evenly priced from what I could tell from other companies. The people I talked to were very polite and seemed dedicated to providing me the service I wanted. I haven't had any false alarms since I have been using them.

The service had been okay but was not great. The service guy explained the system. I was not pleased with the installation and I felt they should have sent someone to check over the system to be sure it was done right. They left a lot of wires showing and it was a real pain to get them back to fix it. They did not have very good customer service.

We haven't had any instances just yet where I could say they did excellent monitoring work. But with that I can say they have done a good job of keeping me very informed in general and I liked the attitudes of this company. I felt good about having them in charge of my alarm system.

I have been using ADT s alarm services for a while now and have only experienced one upset. Once in the past, the alarm was activating itself so I had to call and complain. They sent someone right out who was able to fix it right on the spot. They do not provide me with any extra services like maintenance checks, but, I really do not see the point anyway. I am very satisfied and have no plans on leaving them.
