The installer told me after 4 years the system was mine to keep and that was not true. He had lied to me about that. He put in an old speaker and they had to replace it. I would not use them ever again.

I have never had any troubles with the alarm activating, but, I have had troubles with the batteries that the alarm is equipped with. I have called them several times and complained and they tell me they will provide them for me. Of course, they want an extra charge for them. I cannot seem to find these types of batteries anywhere but from ADT. I feel that is something you should not have to pay extra for because without them, you re system will not work. I am pretty upset with them, but, I still think I will continue to use them. I pay ADT on a monthly basis to continue my services.

They installed the system for us with no hassles and it didn t take long at all. They were very helpful in explaining how to operate the unit. I have been very satisfied with their service. It's definitely worth the time and money. They have a great customer service department that answers any questions for you.

I really have experienced no troubles with my alarm itself or the alarm company for that matter. That could also be to the fact that they provide me with regular maintenance checks. Who knows really, all I know is that they are a great company and I have never had my home broken into nor burglarized.

Honestly, I have had no troubles at all with them or their system. I do however have a little trouble remembering to set the alarm when I leave some times. I need to have them come back and install some type of modernized remote control system to help me remember such things. Other than that, I do not mind paying them in full once a year because I know I am receiving the best service possible.

ADT has been my alarming provider for a long time now and I have never once had a single complaint about them at all. My alarm has no defaults at all and that pleases me the most. If any situation were to occur, they would be at my door almost immediately. Knock on wood, that has never had to happen, but, I am confident that if it does they will be here as they say they will. I also enjoy the great payment plan they offer me. I pay them every three months to keep the service and I think that is just great.

ADT Security Systems made us feel very safe in our home. We have been using them for quite a while now, and they have always done a great job. The reason the price was a little higher was that we had the entire house wired up.

I really have never had any problems ever. I do have a maintenance contract with them in case any technical problems would ever occur. I pay them monthly for the services. They have never actually provided me with an actual service check, but, they say they will come if ever needed. I see no reasons to complain at this time. I feel comfortable enough with them because if there ever is a problem, they offer the 800 service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The installation was done in a methodic manner, making the job go very smooth. The technicians finished in two and a half hours and helped me program it. They also tested it several times to make sure it was working properly. I accidentally set it off on one occasion by entering the wrong code, and ADT was there in fifteen minutes to reset it. I like the service they have given me since installation.

They installed our system about eight years ago. They did a good job of explaining everything to us and we were very happy with the system. They had a very fast response time when the alarm was set off. They provided an excellent service at a good rate. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys made us feel so much safer with them watching over our home. Their price may be a little more expensive than most, but they were the best. I wouldnt think about using anybody else to monitor our home for us. We have been using them for quite some time now.

ADT explained the system they installed very well. The main problem that we have with them is that they dont provide check-ups on the system. Every time that they come out to check on something, they charge you. It is always a hassle if there is something wrong. We have never had a false alarm, so we arent sure how they will even react when the alarm goes off.

I have never experienced any problems with my system. Therefore, I would say that they are doing a good job. I feel they have done an excellent job and are protecting my home as they are supposed to be doing. The small ten dollar a month fee is well worth the safeness and security of my family. I have no complaints at all with this company.

I think I am just so used to having them that in the back of my mind, I really do not want to rid myself of their services. They are a great company and the pricing is average as well. Brinks came and installed our alarm system and they monitor it. We have had it about one year. They explained the system very well and we have had no false alarms. We did have a user error alarm in which they responded just as they said they would. They are linked to our local fire and police departments to help with quick response in case of a problem.

I had so many false alarms with their system. It got to the point that it was upsetting my children. Their response time was great, but I felt we had a lemon for a system. There was no reason at all for the false alarms.

My husband deals with them for the most part. I know they are a good company and provide us with good service. I sure feel safer knowing we have them in our home. If we have any problems or concerns I know we can contact them 24 hours a day for assistance. The price is included in our mortgage.

ADT installed our alarm system about five years ago, and we had a few false alarms in the beginning which they responded to instantly. Since then, they do occasional check-ups to make sure everythings working right and weve had no problems with our alarm system.

We were extremely pleased with this company. We had a break in our wood shed and a pressure washer was stolen. We found a 10 year old agreement that the company gave to the original owner of the home with the system that covered the insurance deductible. They honored that agreement and reimbursed us the $500 deductible even though the agreement was an old service that was not offered anymore and it was issued to a prior owner.

We have been happy with this company since we first started using them. We actually have not had to talk directly to them for anything. We have not had any break ins so we feel very comfortable with their monitoring service.

I am very satisfied with ADT and I have been for many years. The alarm never actually triggered, but I am aware that they are supposed to respond immediately. I feel that they will because they do call periodically just to see how things are going. I think the pricing is pretty fair. My system was free in the beginning and now I just pay them a monthly fee to continue the service agreement.

I have been pretty lucky to find such a great alarm company like ADT. I am not sure if it is just the name itself being placed on my property, but, no one has ever attempted messing around my house. I can see how they got to be such a huge company. I have never had any problems of any kind so paying such a small amount to ensure my safety is worth it in my book.

There really is nothing to say except that they have been providing good service throughout the years. I am not to sure about them going to any extreme details about their equipment. At the time of the original installation, they did explain how to work it. If they had not done that, I would not even know how to use it. I have not had any service checks because I have not had any reason to have them come back to do one. The alarm works just fine and I am quite satisfied. I pay them monthly to keep the services going.

They did a very good overall job in concerns to our alarm system. We haven't had any experiences with the alarm going off, false or otherwise. We felt they were doing the job and we felt safe and good with them. I have used them for sometime and whenever a question came up they did their best to answer accordingly.

They have been very good, and we have been pleased with their service. We have used them for 3 years now with no problems or complaints. They have a quick response time and we don't worry. We knew they would be there when we needed them. They explained how to use the system when we moved in. They answered any questions I had.
