ADT Security Services

I was so pleased with the people over at ADT for the previous three years that when I moved to my new home two years ago, I had them come too. I have never experienced any troubles what so ever with the company itself or the alarm. I will hopefully have their alarm system around for the duration of my home.

I do not like anything about the company or the people who work for ADT. I have a system that I am paying good money for and it does not work at all. I have called and complained, but I am still sitting here with a broken piece of garbage and in an unsafe home. I am now going to have to find another company to provide me better service that actually works, and start fresh from the drawing board.

I discovered that as soon as I had a DSL line installed on my computer. Ssomehow the signals of the alarm system and the DSL interfered with each other and the alarm system didn't work at all any longer. I'm now in the process of fighting both companies, because I feel they should have known in advance and warned me that this would happen. They charged by the month.

They do not do any routine checks or anything else like that. I do not receive any type of extra services, only the basics and I pay them on a monthly basis. I did manage to set the alarm off before. I forgot to disarm it before leaving one morning. To see how fast that phone rang was impressive. It makes you feel like that monthly payment is actually getting put to good use. So you see I have no complaints at this time.

I have really appreciated how they treated me. One things for sure, they were doing what I paid them to do. I had a false alarm and didn t realize it. The police showed up and scared the heck out of me. That showed me they were on the ball and doing a good job of monitoring our home.

They were real nice when they installed the system and they set everything up properly. They explained the entire system for me. The system was working great. They responded very quickly. Once I pushed the wrong button to turn the system off and the police came right away. That made me feel very safe.

ADT was great. I have called them 3 times to move sensors and they always came right away. I have not had any false alarms and I actually felt safer with their system in my home. The installer explained to me in detail how to use the system.

They had a very good service. The problem I had with them was after my wife passed away, I didn t see the need for it anymore. I wanted to cancel their service and they told me it would cost me $376 to cancel it. I used them for 6 years and then they treated me like that.

ADT installed our system about eight years ago and now they monitor it. They do periodic check-ups to make sure everythings functioning well and we have had any false alarms. We think they offer good service.

They were very helpful and they did a great job of installing our system. They came out when we asked them to check on some minor problems and they corrected them with no hassle. We have the motion sensor and an on/off alarm. They were very prompt about alerting us when there is a problem.

We had been using ADT for over twelve years now and the one time we had a problem with our system they came out right away to fix it. They did a great job of explaining everything to us. There response time was very quick and the system made us feel secure here. The price of the service was included in our condo fees.

So far they have done a good job monitoring our alarm. When they installed the system they explained in detail where the alarms were and how to operate the system. We have used them for awhile now and they were reliable. Their service was worth the cost and they had a good customer service department.

The system was installed prior to us moving in. They did a good job of explaining the system to me. They have a very good response time when the alarm is activated, I feel comfortable and secure with this system in my home. I have not had any problems with it. I would recommend them to others.

I have been using ADT for several years now and they truly have giving me no reason to stop services. They have it worked out so I can pay them quarterly, which is a nice convenience. The alarm itself has never activated, so I really can not comment on their response times or anything else of that nature. I am still satisfied and will continue my services until some thing would change.

Weve only have had one false alarm which happened when my daughter came and hit the wrong button. ADT called right away when that happened. We have no complaints about their service, and pay quarterly.

The installation was free, and we just have to pay a monthly service for them to monitor our system. The installer was a nice enough person and made sure that I understood everything about our system. I have not had any false alarms. I feel safe and secure with them. The installer was friendly and polite. We have had no problems with our system.

I really have had no troubles with any parts of ADT and its company. I just have a standard system with a basic monthly service agreement. They deduct my monthly bill directly from my checking account which saves me the hassle of having to mail out payments. I can not really say their prices are comparable because I never used any other companies to compare them to. I feel they are reasonable and do not mind paying such a low price for protection.

The one time the alarm went off, we had accidentally set it off and they were Johnny on the spot. It's fair to say they have given us what we expect and kept our system working properly. They were very easy to talk with and they explained everything the way it should be.

They did a super job with the installation of the alarm system. It took about fifteen hours to be installed but it works great, we feel real safe knowing we have such a good system. We did some comparison with other companies and found them to have the best features and price. The sales rep explained the entire system to us before and after the installation.

ADT has been providing my monthly alarm service for quite a while now and I will continue to keep using them. They did have to respond once when the alarm accidentally was set off by itself. They were here in a matter of minutes which was very reassuring to see. I like having that security around.

ADT has been wonderful, and it was the first thing we did after moving in to our new house. The technician was well mannered, and very knowledgeable about the systems he works with. After the installation was completed, he showed us the details of it, and went through a test for us. It has protected us so far, and there have not been any major problems with it.

When they installed our alarm system they did a nice job explaining the system to me. I did have the alarm go off once as my husband had opened the back door with out turning off the alarm. They called right away and sent a police officer over. I feel that they are a good company.

The installation was done in only two hours, and the technician answered all of our questions, so we could understand. We know the system works, because we came home one night and the police were there. Someone had jimmied our front door open. Nothing was taken, so the alarm must have scared him away. We are glad we had the system installed.

I am not sure what I think about ADT. I have had problems with them in the past year that I wish not to discuss. I do not feel that they are very reliable. I would not say they are the best. They are o.k. I guess. I am not to sure about the monthly price or if I would hire them again because my husband handles pricing and I would have to discuss with him about the re-hire. I do not plan to fire them; I plan to keep them around for a while. I guess I am pleased; I am just not too thrilled about certain things.

The builder of my house put in most of the wiring and ADT did the rest. It only took about an hour to connect the system, and reorganize the sensors. I was told how the system works, and also given instructions on what to do in case of an alarm, deliberate or accidental. The alarm system helps me sleep better.
