About us

Our Ghent Facility has 447 units and is located at the corner of Colonial Avenue and 24th Street just a few blocks from the 21st Street Shopping District in Norfolk. We also have 36 office spaces for businesses and entrepreneurs. This historic warehouse was converted from a food distribution center to a self storage facility over 25 years ago to meet the storage needs of the Ghent Neighborhood and surrounding area. Our storage managers are ready to help you select the right unit for your needs and offer expert advice so you can maximize the use of every square foot of space. They can counsel you on how to protect your property and if we do not have the space you need we can recommend a nearby facility to help you out.
