A 2 Z Affordable Plumbing

Typically I do not like to leave any reviews but I felt the need in doing so for this company I found it to be very disrespectful. They were called out to do a back flow prevention test, in which they did just find out that something was wrong and I asked them for a quote in which I never received. I had another comlany come out and fix the problem. I then called this company back to have then run the test to have it certify just to have them tell me 3 words over the phone "we will not" no reason was given, no justification, no communication whatsoever. They were paid the first time which I intrusted them to get it done the second time and I would have paid them again for their services, but the arrogance of how they speak over the phone was beyond me. A2Z PLUMMING "Customer service goes along way, your company is only as good as how your employees present it to be" I will not recommend this company to no one. All they do is take your money and have lack of communication.

There are literally not enough words in the English language to properly describe my satisfaction with the service I received from A 2 Z, I woke up this morning to discover I had forgotten to put away the spaghetti sauce from dinner last night and decided because the trash cans were full I would use the garbage disposal to get rid of it..my first time ever actually using it after owning this home for over 2 years..as it was going down I heard water running in the laundry room..I went to the laundry room ton find water pouring out of the pipe behind the washer and the laundry room flooded with nasty spaghetti water..I of course panicked and started calling plumbers (after trying to plunge it myself) I called 3 different plumbing companies..including a very well known one and no one could get out to me today..and the well known one wanted to charge me $89 just to come out and look at it today as an "emergency service" fee..I skipped over A 2 Z originally because it they had no reviews but after calling the others in this list with no results I called A 2 Z...Belinda answered the phone and I gave her my schpeal and told her what was going on and hearing the panic and desperation in my voice she sent someone out to me immediately within half an hour of hanging up they were at the door Travis and Wallace did an absolutely phenomenal job of accessing and fixing my problem, they were super professional, extremely friendly and worked quickly to get everything resolved, Wallace was especially patient with my 4 kiddos bouncing around asking him 20 questions they even went the extra mile and vacuumed up the nasty spaghetti water flooding my laundry room my total came out to less than $200..I would absolutely without hesitation recommend A 2 Z affordable plumbing to anyone looking for a fast friendly professional plumbing company..I can not say enough how appreciative I am to everyone over there for helping out this broken handed deployed hubby mom of 4, you guys are truly angels! don't let the lack of reviews fool you this place is the REAL DEAL..hopefully my review will help others have the chance to experience what superior service is all about..thank you again SO MUCH
