+ -1 moreWork that was completed was ok , but incomplete. Provider did not keep appointments, did not return phone calls, and, eventually, said he would not do the work. that we had agreed he would do.
Description of Work: Replaced bottom drain in in-ground pool. Had agreement to do further repairs to pool surface.
