Description of Work: They were great. We had been told before that our tub could not be repaired. I purposely waited about a year to write this review to see if their work held up and it did! The repair man also told me how to keep our wood in the bathroom shiny without the dullness from the moisture. Really good company!

Description of Work: Repairman owns the business. His wife is the customer service person and does the scheduling. She is great. He arrived on time, had all his equipment and did the job very fast. He gave clear instructions to not use the shower and bath areas for 24 hours after his repair. I am telling you, you cannot even tell where the chipped porcelain was, the color matched perfectly! We needed to fix these repairs because we were putting our house on the market.

 + 1 moreScott, the owner of Poe, arrived with 2 of his technicians promptly. They worked diligently from 7:30AM until 12:30PM and were very pleasant. The process they used to remove the scratches was a new one and it worked beautifully. They were very thorough. They needed to move some of the furniture in my house to work on some of the windows and were very careful with my belongings. They also covered the floors with a drop cloth to catch the falling dust. Poe Porcelain's main business is refinishing of any type of bathroom fixtures. Resurfacing scratched windows is a new service they offer. They went above and beyond what was required and I would definitely hire them again if the need arose.
Description of Work: Our new home had many scratches on the windows and our builder hired Poe Porcelain to resurface the windows.
