Description of Work: Asked Mason for a landscaping plan. Received something that looked like a page out of a child's coloring book. This was after a month. Did not include the elevations for which I paid $100 extra. Glad I was only taken for $600 vice thousands. This verges on fraud. And, yes, I complained and still do not have what I paid for.

Description of Work: Since March they have been maintaining and landscaping my yard.

Description of Work: I requested an estimate for services from Mason's and was completely satisfied. I was given a price and detailed explanation for each service requested. All my questions were answered and recommendations were given to improve my yard. I look forward to seeing the results of their services over the next nine months.

Description of Work: I called Mason's landscaping for an estimate of some work I needed done and they were out at my home promptly at the agreed on time. Mason's looked over my yard thoroughly and spent about an hour with me discussing my needs and how best they could be met. They were totally professional and promised a comprehensive estimate in the next few days. When I received the estimate it detailed exactly the work to be done that was discussed at initial consultation. I had a real problem with my paver patio and Mason's identified the measures needed to fix areas of concern. So, after I decided on Mason's after getting estimates from several other landscaping companies everything happened quickly. The first thing was ti fix the patio. Mason's immediately broke down the entire patio removing paver by paver until thet reached the patio foundation. They then went about leveling it out and re-layering it with the appropriate material. They also buttressed one edge of the patio were the pavers were unleveled and bending downward. They did this by anchoring 6X6's along its edge and fastening them a foot below the surface. Those pavers aren't going anywhere now! So they put the pavers back in place and the patio looked brand new. They also sealed the joints making it difficult for weed seeds to find a place to grow. So we got three new trees planted and they are already growing nicely. Additionally we had more than 40 other individual plants placed in different beds, which I might add, were scalloped, and muiched nicely. I am looking forward to working with Mason's in the future for all my landscaping and hardscaping needs. I must add how wonderful their customer service person is. She was so nice to speak to and so very courteous and sunny.
