I had problems with my kitchen sink and I used Lowes since they are part of my home owners insurance plan. Isaiah and John Kloby came out with a positive attitude and resolved the issue. Their persistence and patience is why I am giving them 5 stars.

They came in and got it fixed in a few minutes. The lady who does the plumbing has always been the one to come to my home and she is superb.

It went great.

I thought they did an excellent job. Referring to the flange that I had to pay for it was reasonable, it was good. I wouldn't say it was cheap. As far as I can tell it looks good. I haven't seen any leaks. Their responsiveness was excellent. They are coming back this Monday to do some more work for me. It took them less than a day to get teh work done. One person came out and he left teh area very good.

very well. very fast. This is the fourth time I have used them and each job has been done most professionally. The water heater was replaced on an earlier job. It was complicated because the pipes to tie in a solar water heater were somewhat complicated to make the whole system work. She handled it very well and all is working. Sherri is an outstanding plumber.

We contacted Lowes Plumbing through our home warranty referral. I was offered a same day visit, but chose to schedule a few days out because we were leaving town for Thanksgiving. I was given a window of hours and got a call when the plumber was on the way. I really appreciated that. The plumber took the time to check under the sink and dishwasher, and tried to look from our storage room (unfinished ceiling) to the family room (finished ceiling) where we had had the water. He didn't think it was the supply pipe because we would have had water pouring out. He didn't want to cut through the ceiling because it was now dry (we hadn't used kitchen plumbing in a week). He suspected that somehow we may be getting water in from outside under our deck rather than from plumbing. He had us trace the outline of the stains and call him back if they grew. I appreciated this suggestion. We will need to get a contractor to check out the deck situation. I thought he was thorough and offered suggestions for further study by contractor. One month later and the stains have not grown.

After arriving close to the appointed time, the installer cleared out the old, outdated and jumbled mess of pipes. He then brought in the new equipment and positioned the components so that it would have easy access should the system need servicing in the future. Our water is excessively hard, so he programmed it to recycle in gallons used rather than days passed, which I think is very suitable for our needs. Since that very first day, it has been wonderful and has never given us any problems. We have seen the rejuvenating effect of our now properly functioning water softener on our glass shower doors, and even inside our dishwasher! Prior to the new system, it was brown and gross from the water deposits (iron and manganese) left behind. At the time of my writing this review, it is close to completely renewing itself, and the brown stains are almost non-existant. Since that first time, we have used Lowes for installing a new toilet in our guest bathroom, and for other plumbing needs. It is great having a "personal" relationship with your local plumber, and I am confident that Lowes Plumbing can handle any of our future needs.

It was good. They seemed to be professional. They provided a good estimate. The estimate was in the middle of three different guys. They seemed to be a local company. I think their quality and their service stood out. They had to cut out a piece of drywall. They didn't patch the drywall but they said upfront that they were not going to as it was outside their scope of work.

He was great! Educated us on the issue and repaired the problem with quality materials that are much better than what we were given by the builder of our house! Thank you Lowes!

We wanted to GC these projects ourselves as we had received ridiculous fixed price quotes for the whole job. Lowes Plumbing not only did an outstanding job with the plumbing, but helped us find the additional high-quality, reasonably priced tradesmen to do the other tasks (framing, sheetrock, tiling)! They worked with us and the other contractors needed to make the project a success and with minimal delays.

Initially they came on site to check on a previous water softener that they installed 12 years ago. After some discussion, it was determined that the existing system needed to be remediated or they could replace it with a new system that was more efficient. I opted for the new system as it had a better monthly savings due to less cost of salt for the systems. From my decision to install, it took about 1.5 weeks. Jim from Lowe's showed up to my house and installed the new system within 30 mins. Did an excellent job. He walked me through the system and was then on his way. Very happy with the installation and setup

They were pretty honest. He told me that what I was trying to get done was probably not a good idea. He could have charged me for it and recommended something that I could have done to probably alleviate the problem. The estimate was free.

They do a very good job. They are timely, do what they say they will do and stick to the price they tell you.

This company was assigned to me by my insurance. They called me right after I opened a ticket for my drainage problem, which is good. The problem is that after I spent over 10 minutes explaining my problem is detail, they told me they were available the following weekday "sometime between 1 and 5 pm." I am sorry but I do not sit at home all day. I requested for a specific appointment time and they said they did not operate in this manner. I thought I was paying for a service? I also cannot work with services that treat the client as if I am working for them - sitting around for four hours and wasting my productivity and earning power. Poor business practice. Probably pays the insurance company to get on its list.

They show up when their supposed to. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied. They do great work and are very reliable. I would highly recommend them.

My only complaint was to the professionalism of their CEO. I experienced a financial oversight on my part that caused our check to the company to bounce. Once I realized it, I immediately called the company to correct the issue as quickly as possible and make good on the balance owed. The person whom I talked to on the phone, whom I later learned was the dispatcher, was very courteous and explained there would be a fee for the returned check. The problem appeared resolved until the CEO called me the following day, and in a very demeaning way indicated there would be additional fees for the returned check and proceeded to explain to me in a non-courteous and unprofessional manner how the returned check affected her business and that I should be thankful for not being charged more. She then had the audacity to question whether or not there would be any problem with the next check I write to them (which there wasn't), as if someone would actually answer that with a "yes, there will be a problem". For being a first time customer of the company, the CEO showed no room for error and I got the impression that she just wanted to call me as a way to further embarrass me for the error, and with no other objective other than to explain the additional fees.

Had two different toilets leaking. Called our home warranty company and they contacted Lowe's Plumbing inc. Lowe's Plumbing called me within five minutes to set up an appointment. Keith (Master Plumber) called me 30 mins prior to showing up and was at my house on time. He was professional, courteous, diagnosed the issues and fixed them. I'm very happy with the results thus far. We will use again for our plumbing needs.
