An enormous shout out for the KEY Inspector**. -- He is a very likable, easy to get along with person. -- In addition, he is super charged with extensive experience; -- he utilizes incredible equipment to get an up-close view of hidden, hard to see places; and -- he is extremely effective while inspecting then captures the results with an on-the-spot digital report of the findings which are clarified with pictures, arrows, and notes. The report is also emailed. **Highly, highly recommend the KEY inspector. He continues to provide support even after the inspection. He is above the mark of A+.

Terrific experience. On short notice he scheduled me on a weekend. He was very detailed compared to other home inspectors I have experienced, but he was also able to tell me which items were important and which I shouldn't concern myself with. He even explained to me how I could fix some of the things myself. Provided a detailed report with pictures. I was surprised by his knowledge and experience, considering that he was priced slightly below other inspectors I contacted.

I hired Kevin for a pre-purchase inspection and radon test. He was very prompt in his response to my request for a quote and was reasonably priced.
