I forgot the guy’s name that came to look at the job. He was nice and quick to estimate and explain and not into ‘selling’ services like 2 other companies did. Ordered the slider I wanted and installed it when it came in . I had decided to use a company that specializes in door and window installation instead of the previously used 2 big box garden/supply chains in the area. Very happy with the quality of the slider and the professional installation!

My husband has been trying to troubleshoot a roof leak for over a year, including two times ripping up dry wall. We finally determined the leak was due to a window but had no idea where the leak was coming from. Ryan from JS Jackson came out to the house, and within 5 minutes (like a super sleuth) determined where the leak was and how to fix it. I highly recommend this company to do home repair work, They are honest and trustworthy.I would use them again.

Fantastic experience with JS Jackson! They did 2 projects for us - window replacement (6 windows for a townhouse) and cut and install new kitchen window. The leads on each project were very knowledgeable and great at explaining the process, answering questions, and advising on the best products for quality, budget, design, and function. Workers were friendly and professional. The office staff is very responsive at handling scheduling, permits, invoices, etc. It’s been several months and the windows are clearly properly installed, well-sealed, no leakage, and outside framing looks flawless. Would hire again!

J.S Jackson is an outstanding company. They are highly organized, went out of their way to hand carry permit applications through the process and did a super install of our egress window.

They just installed a egress window. They were great from start to finish. Total professionals! Highly recommend them for egress windows!

Jackson Construction always provides outstanding service. For example, I was having difficulty latching a few windows long after the warranty expired. Mr. Jackson personally came to my house and showed me how to latch the windows properly, applied silicone to loosen them up, and even gave me a full can of silicone. His installers always do quality work. I highly recommend them.

Kevin and his crew were very professional. Always showed up on time and did a great job! I am so impressed with my egress window and everyone I have shown it to is blown away as well. Kevin was very generous with hist time when I had follow up questions after the job was done. I would definitely refer J.S. Jackson Construction to anyone who is looking to get work done on their home. The office staff was also very patient with me, I had to go through an HOA for approval which took a while and I really appreciated their patience in waiting to do the job until I got full approval. They took care of all of the permits and scheduling the two inspections that had to happen during the installation of the window.
